Very professional, uniformed serviceman, well maintained and clean truck. Serviceman arrived on time, followed my directions went directly to work and was finished in under 45 minutes. All his equipment was clean and ready for use.

Service took a couple of calls to get scheduled but once scheduled service was extremely courteous and professional.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had several areas that were pet stained and they made suggestions about what could be done and the cost of each service. The carpet looked and smelled much better when they were done.

I was very happy with the work done, and the tile still looks great 4 months later. The 2 men were very pleasant, prompt, and professional. They even moved a few items of furniture as well as the stove so they could clean and seal the tile under those items. Because we had more ceramic tile than the deal covered, I had to pay more than the original price of the offer. I was a bit surprised that it was that much more, but it was well worth it overall. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again when the need arises.

The original deal was $200 worth of granite counter tops cleaned and polished for $50. We decided to do a lot more than that. They were professiuonal and knowledgeable about stone, granite and marble and did a fine job.

Marcus called to confirm appointment did a good job and made recommendations accordingly.

I was pleased with the service. It was actually quite quick and the tile as well as grout looked good after they were done. The main reason I had contacted Coit is that I received an email through Angie's List about a promotion they were advertising. The only concern I had was the price. It was very expensive...I could only afford to clean the tile in the kitchen. This may be a downfall for someone that has tile throughout the house.

I redeemed my prepaid service certificate plus a room or two to have my carpet cleaned. Coit was prompt and very professional. The service technician even noticed a place on the stairs where a nail was protruding out of the wood. He removed the carpet and the nail and then replaced the carpet back in place. I would definitely use their service again. Carpets looked awesome when he left.

Overall went great! Came on original appt. prepared to work. Decided to upgrade to their 10 year warranted color seal grout. The priced paid was a bargain compared to replacing either the grout or the entire floor. And knowing I can enjoy the no staining grout for the next 10 years makes me a happy and satisfied customer.

On time, very professional and did a great job. I had paid for "X" number of Sq feet and was able to get 2 large rooms of carpet cleaned and my tile in the kitchen and play room cleaned/sealed. The cost for additional rooms was more than I wanted to spend and we declined to have those done. (They're rarely used and we couldn't see spending more than two hundred dollars more to have them cleaned.) We will have these others done by someone who is not as pricey.

Jake arrived exactly on time - with a call prior to arriving (love that). He explained what he was going to do - answered all of my questions and got to work. The coupon included a space up to 300 sq ft so that included the kitchen/breakfast area/powder room. My tile looks great but the grout - looks like it was just installed. Absolutely would hire again!

Work was thorough and explained in detail. After the workmen left, I found a few vents that were still covered with cellophane. Other than that oversight, I was pleased.

The Tech arrived on time, worked the whole time and completed the job way beyond my expectations.
