Coit was very easy to work with. They were great when scheduling, they came out to give me an estimate before hand and kept in touch with the appointment, etc. All the granite was cleaned and resealed with a top quality product and I am extremely happy with their service. Excellent company to work with and would recommend them to anyone needing their granite cleaned and resealed. I bought my house 8 years ago and this is the first time I have resealed the granite. It looks brand new again. Thank you Coit!!!

The company cleaned very soiled carpet. They provided spot treatment for no additional charge and were very professional. We were very satisfied with the service they performed and the manner in which it was performed. We purchased this service and it was performed at the house of our parents.

The workers were on time and told me exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Then he did the work. Very polite and hard worker. I will happily work with this company again or recommend them to others.

The gentlemen came on time. They laid splash guards around the corners of the wall in the hallway and the bedrooms near the front of the house so the walls and doors wouldn't get wet. They also put blocks under some of the wooden furniture, not all. (That's why I gave them a 'B' for quality.) Overall, I thought they did a good job for the price.

Tile and grout looks great! Marcus as very professional and took time explaining the process. He made suggestions that were inline with our goals in mind. Definitely will use Coit again and request Marcus

Within a few days of my call to Coit Carpet Cleaning, they were in my house cleaning the carpets. What was extraordinary was that they cleaned a red wax spill stain that another carpet cleaning company could not get out. Even though Coit had to put a special solution on the stain to get it out, there was no extra charge. I was extremely pleased with the Coit Carpet Cleaning and would advise anyone who wants a very professional job at a reasonable price to contact them.

Contractor was punctual and professional. He moved the dryer and vacuumed out the vent where it was attached. Then he went up on the roof and suctioned the vent out from above including removal of a bird. Then reattached the dryer and moved it back in place. The process was complete in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company. My dryer is drying faster and better since he vent is now clean.

Overall, service was exactly as expected. He also explained the process and noted that our carpet had stain resistance coating, so cleaning was somewhat different, but the resistance would not be damaged by the cleaning. He also noted spots he could not remove with surface extraction and suggested a deep extraction, which includes the padding underneath, might resolve the issue. He also left quotes to clean several area rugs, which are wool and silk. Coit would take them to their shop and clean there. These are smaller area rugs, which we may have cleaned in the future. We are very satisfied with the work.

I was quite pleased with their service. Even though they were bearers of bad news (duct repair instead of duct cleaning), at least we had the information necessary to correct the problem. The two Coit technicians were quite pleasant, helpful and professional through the entire visit, even after discovering they would not be performing the work.

Not good, as they had an expiration date I did not know about until after I paid for the service. I could not make their timeline so I lost the money.

Coit arrived on time; were very careful with the dryer; cleaned up when they were finished; and made sure the dryer was properly connected.

They came in and inspected areas to be cleaned. I requested two rugs be cleaned as well. They moved all furniture and decorations so as to better clean the carpet. It was a team of two. The job was done expeditiously.

The technician had to work hard to clean deeply stained den carpet. He took time to work thoroughly and revived a carpet that I had thought was beyond saving. Likewise cleaned other less soiled carpets better than anyone ever has. At the end he recommended some improvements for carpet care and maintenance that I appreciated and intend to follow.

My sister had told me about this company that did a great job cleaning carpets for her. Then I went on Angie's List and found this great deal they had, and realized it was the same company. The appointment was set up quickly, and their process was efficient and effective. We had some tough areas from pet odors, but they handled that well too. They did a great job. Plan to use them again.

It was very useful. I felt they did what they were supposed to do. I was pleased.

I purchased the Big Deal from Angie's email and scheduled the work. They came as scheduled and cleaned all the carpets in all our rooms. The staff was very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to others.

I live just outside San Antonio and when I called to set up the appointment, they said there would be a $125.00 trip fee in addition to what I already paid. I opted for a refund from Angie's List instead.

I purchased the Angie's list big deal for dryer vent cleaning. Coit was easy to work with, and did an excellent job. I was amazed at how well they cleaned the dryer vent, and at their professionalism - particularly with the low price.

They were very responsive and did a terrific job cleaning the grout lines. They spent more time than I would have expected making sure the grout was thoroughly clean. During their cleaning process, they noticed that much of the grout lines appeared discolored. They informed of this and said the could not clean them further. Since I already knew of this issue I was not concerned because the original installers did not do a good job with the grout lines. I had originally asked them to Color Seal the grout, however, after several attempts they could not get the sealant to adhere to the grout. They tried very hard to make it work but the problem ended up being the type of grout and how it was applied.

Coit Carpet Cleaning and Restoration had an Angie's List coupon for $99 for cleaning and polishing granite countertops. I called and was able to make an appointment easily. They told me that I needed to have my faucets and handles taken off before they came so that it would be easier for them to clean. They came when they were supposed to. I didn't have all of the handles taken off but the guy was able to do it for me with no problem. I had asked him to put a sign I had made on the restroom door so that people would know not to go in the restroom while he was in there. He completed the job very efficiently and answered any questions that I had. He came to me when the job was completed and took my Angie's List coupon and there was nothing else that I needed to do. I did ask to get a quote on a granite seam and the lady on the phone told me that when the guy comes that he would be able to give me one but when he got here he told me that they don't do that type of work, that would be my only complaint. Other than that I would refer them to others and use them again.

I purchased a coupon to clean and seal half of the granite and paid to have the rest of the granite cleaned and sealed.
