Excellent service. I've used Coit once before and I was impressed in how they did the job. The technician that came this time was very professional and explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to clean the stairs and the bedrooms. In the master bedroom there was a stain that I had tried to get out over a year ago and I did get it lighter but not completely out. I showed the stain to the tech and the next time I looked at the carpet it was clean and stainless. Great company to do business with.

I've used them four or five times already. My carpet is old and it didn't get as clean as it did before, in some spots, but I really don't know if I can blame them. I think it's just the carpet. I need to replace it. But other than that, they're very easy to work with. They're very friendly and they'll do whatever you ask and so forth and so on. So, I'm very, very pleased with them and I'll continue to use them. They're very friendly. They're there on time. You don't have to worry about them saying they'll be there and not show up. They take their time. They do a good job. I have met the owner, because when they do the floor rugs, they have to take them back to the shop and I met the owner when they returned my throw rugs. He was very, very nice. I was very impressed with him. It's a good company.

Coit cleaned our dryer vent in May of 2012. It seemed to go well; the company responded in a timely manner and the work was done quickly. After the service was done the technician recommended we get our air ducts clean and gave me a written estimate of $490.00. I filed it away for future reference. In the Fall the big deal came out for $325 Air Duct cleaning and I purchased it. I'd seen coupons in "home magazines" and mailings for $169 air duct cleaning, but I figured that Coit must do a more thorough job and they were a cut above, so I was willing to pay more for good service. The coupon had a limit of 11 vents and 1 unit, so with my 19 vents and 2 units I knew there would be an extra charge. Based on the company’s original estimate of $490, and the $325 charge for the first 11 vents, I figured worse case scenario I was looking at $165-$300 more. I was prepared to pay this. The technician arrived promptly, looked around, and told me there would be extra charges. He got out his calculator and paper and gave me the news that I needed to pay $465 extra. I was floored by the amount. I told him that didn’t seem fair. He went to his truck to “call the office” and I went to my files to retrieve the company’s original estimate. When he came out and said he was sorry but the $465 extra was the best he could do I showed him the original estimate, which was written by him. He said “My bad. That estimate was wrong.” He made another call to the office and his next response was, “My boss says either way we are going to lose so why don’t you just get your money back from Angie’s List.” And so I am. I’ve lost my faith in this company. Some kind of compromise could have been reached, but they seemed to care less about losing my business and were not in any way interested in honoring their original estimate. If a “Big Deal” is going to cost me more than an original estimate, what good is it? Lessons learned: don’t ever just trust a company based on their ratings and on an estimate they gave you. Ask lots of questions when you call in to make the appointment so there are no surprises on the day of service. I appreciate the willingness of Angie’s List to help me out and issue a refund.

The serviceman arrived on time (our window was between 12 and 2 PM and he arrived at approximately 12:05. Carpets look great and he was very helpful in giving us tips for maintaining both the hard floors and carpets. Fantastic service.

I purchased a $99.00 Big Deal for four rooms and then added 17 stairs, a master bedroom and closet for which I was charged $323.94, including an upcharge for the Big Deal amount. I had the work done because I did not want the inconvenience of scheduling another contractor. The work was fine, although the operator/owner was careless with scuffing the paint trim. I will not use this firm again. I have always found a better value on my own. The "Big Deal"resulted in a great deal for Coit!

I truly like this company and they did a superb job and I have no complaints with the work done. The only issue I did have to move all the furniture out myself. I just wasn't prepared that. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work!

He was very congenial. I was not particularly pleased with the work though. They guy had to come out twice. The original deal was 300 sq feet of cleaning and sealing of grout and tile. We had a lot, so the initial offer was just a fraction of what we actually needed. So, it didn't come out to be a great deal, had to pay additional costs. He didn't seem to seal it properly as it got dirty again quickly. The grout in the master bath was cracked and he said he would fix it. He did fix it, but then started to get dirty again and said they may have used a bad mix. There were no more cracks, but again, it was still dirty .

Overall it went well. The only issue is that they said that they couldn’t get the floor cleaned without additional expenses. We decided to just have the work done that we paid for and we were satisfied with that. He did small sample patch firstand it looked good so we had him come back to do the rest. The interaction didn’t go as smoothly as I would have liked.

Two workers arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the two furniture pieces. We have 2 dogs who sit on these pieces of furniture and they definitely needed cleaning!! The guys got all the stains out and did a thorough job.

We were very happy with the results from the grout cleaning and colorseal from about a year ago. Since the ColorSeal application came with a 10-year warranty, we called when the grout began to turn dark in one area. They honored their warranty by cleaning the area and reapplying the ColorSeal. Ernest and his staff are always on time for their appointments, courteous and informative. They are true professionals and obviously care about the quality of their work.

Technician called and said that he finished a previous job early and asked if he could come over now. He arrived early and i went over with him what I wanted done. He proceeded to clean the stairs and the upstairs carpet and worked on the 'blood' stain and which he was successful in getting out. When he finished the carpet on the stairs looked great and the upstairs carpet was revitalized. The blood stain that has been inn the carpet for two years was completely gone. I have used this company before and they were excellent last time so nothing has changed, they do excellent work. Based on my past experiences with carpet cleaning companies I would say that Coit performs the best.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The carpet looked so good when he was done. It did not take him long and he offered several tips on how to care for my carpet. I would use them again.

Technician did an excellent job!

Two workers arrived in the morning on October 9, 2012 at the appointed time and started cleaning the tile floor and the grout. After that, the applied the color to the grout and repaired the cracks before they applied the sealer to everything. They made sure that the furniture were back in place and all work equipment was picked up before they left. The floor looked beautiful and I am very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the workers.

Two technicians arrived on time and finished within the projected completion time. The carpets, which I had considered replacing, look so much better now. I think they have plenty of life left in them after all.

Tech arrived on time, explained the service. I told him I needed some pet stains removed also. He said that would be extra. The cost was $150 more than the price advertised as a special because of the treatment for pet stains in 2 rooms. Tech applied an enzyme to portions of 2 rooms-- must have poured 3 buckets of water on carpet. He told me it would take about 4 hrs to dry after the "deep extraction". It actually took nearly 3 days to dry. Pet stains were diminished some, but not removed. Room smelled musty for a few days (though the technician warned me in advance about that possibility).

I purchased Coit Services big deal for $99.00. It included 3 rooms plus a hallway of carpet cleaning. I was unable to schedule the cleaning on the desired date. So it was planned for a later time 11/20/2012. Coit arrived at the appointed time with a two man team, Jake (the Owners' son) and Rodrick. They were pleasant and very professional, after a brief discussion of the services to be performed they went right to work. I added my stairs to the work and stain protection to all areas cleaned. My carpets looked really good when they finished. We also discussed tile cleaning and sealing for a future service. I will be using them again. Their company is what you expect of a good company.

He was very professional, he first told me everything that he would do, how long it would take and how long it would take to dry. The couch is a 3 cushion sleeper with pillowed back and two pillows and it looked very good when he was done. I had him originally scheduled to come out to clean the carpets of a rental house that we were moving into to, but after we moved in I realized they didn't need to be cleaned and he agreed with me. I felt bad he came out so far so I asked him about the couch. I am so glad I had him clean it as I put it in the family room for the grandchildren; it looks great and I feel better knowing it has been professionally cleaned. I would not hesitate to hire them again for either carpets or furniture!
