carpet cleaners, dryer vent cleaning
+ 0 moreThe technician ran the cleaning equipment and told me the vent was clean and then left. We were still having problems with the clothes not drying properly and assumed the problem was with the dryer since the vent had just been cleaned. We had a dryer repairman check out the dryer and he told us the vent was still clogged. We have a dryer vent system that has three elbows so cleaning presents problems, but we expect it to be done. I contacted Coit and they came back to make sure the job was done properly and the dryer works fine now. However, I still had to pay for a dryer repairman. The price would have been excellent if not for the additional cost of a dryer repairman.

+ -1 moreOverall, the work provided was decent. It was easy to schedule and the technician arrived on time. I felt that the tile was cleaned well, but the grout was only somewhat clean after the service. Also, sealing of the grout was additional, and not as reasonably priced. The technician was kind enough to help me match grout so I can fill in some holes I have in the future, and he thoroughly explained how often the grout needs to be sealed, and what is best to use, so he was very helpfu.

+ 1 moreIt was above average. They didn't tell me that I had to send out my area rug to get it cleaned but I couldn't send it out so they cleaned it there. The technician was very helpful and took care of everything. I was happy.

Description of Work: Angies deal- cleaned carpets for $99; I also had bathroom tile cleaned and grout cleaned; technitian did good job on all things. Very pleasant, responsive person. Unfortunately my bathroom vanities had balsam wood veneer floor boards and these got wet resulting in them becoming warped in places.

+ -1 moreThe owner came out to our house and gave us a free estimate for stretching and cleaning our carpets. They came out the next week to perform the work and arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. The carpets turned out great and they even got out some water stains left behind from a flower pot . Coit is one of the few companies in the area that will do both stretching of carpets and cleaning, without having to hire 2 different companies. I would definitely use them again.

Only thing to point out is a did see some 1small stain in the carpet which was not removed but overall great job and price.

+ -1 moreWe had our kitchen ceramic tile cleaned in preparation of our house going up on the market. The grout had been dirty and almost black. Coit came out and made the tile/grout look like new again! Turns out, the grout color was a beige color and the tile color was white instead of an off-white color! Would definitely recommend!

+ 0 moreAfter seeing a piece on the news about dryer vents and there possibility of starting fires, I thought this was somehing I should do. Within a week or so along came a Big Deal special from Angie's List from Coit providing this service. I registered for the Big Deal, but then had some medical issues to attend to. I booked the afternoon of March 26. I was called prior to his arrival to tell me he would be a bit late, which I truly appreciated. He arrived, checked the house, went to work and got the task done in a hour. He was friendly and professional at the same time. I have recommendd their service to all my girlfriends and will definately use them for this service aain.
Description of Work: Paul, came to clean my dryer vent. He checked up in the attic and inside the dryer. He vacuumed much more lint and stuff than I would have imagined. Got it all and was polite and profeesinal the whole time.

Description of Work: Dryer Vent is located on the roof of our home. The technician not only cleaned the vent pipe leading to the outside but cleaaned all the vent pipes inside the house leading from the dryer. He also cleaned the lint trap. Also suggested some ways to keep lint buildup to a minium.

Description of Work: 1) Carpet Cleaning: The Coit representative (Paul) arrived promptly and cleaned all of the carpet in our house very thoroughly and very professionally. He took 3 area rugs to the main office for a more thorough cleaning than he could do in the home. The rugs were returned to us in about 10 days. This was my first experience with Coit in carpet cleaning and it will not be my last. 2) Marble restoration: This was my second experience with Coit in this area. Previously, Coit restored our bathroom marble to an almost like-new condition. The current job was a marble bartop that had lost its luster after 25 years. However, Jacob again worked his magic and restored the marble with ease. The result was visually stunning. I cannot say enough good things about this company!
