Topaz Cleaning & Restoration

Th tech arrived on time and we went through the area to be cleaned. He stated that the coupon I used was only for 600 square feet. I knew the stairs would be extra but we had to pay a few dollars more because it exceeded 600 square feet. I didn't see that on the coupon deal but I thought the price was fair. He did a good job and cleaned a stain I didn't think would come out. The only comment I would make is read the fine print very carefully and call the provider and see EXACTLY what they think the coupon covers. Yes, I would use them again.

I had originally bought a special through Angie's List for cleaning the marble in my bathroom. I really liked the job they did and I then hired them to come back and clean the marble in the shower and to polish the marble on my bathroom floor. It looks brand new. They took great care to not mess up my carpets going through the house, they laid down runners and even wore shoe covers. I will use them again for other services they provide.

We liked them. They were professional; they were nice and they were respectful of our homes. It was a good price. They were on time. When they say they are going to be there, they are there. It was pricey but for eight rooms, it was not bad. We referred them to our neighbor.

It worked out fantastic. The guy was really good and did a fantastic job and saved us a lot of money with doing that deal for me.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism that was provided by Coit Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. I ordered Coit's carpet cleaning service late Sunday night before my Thursday cleaning. Coit contacted me promptly on Monday morning and confirmed they could clean my carpet. On Thursday they arrive on time and cleaned the carpet exceeding my expectations. They were able to remove a few stubborn stains and left the carpet looking like new and the house also smells good.

They did a good job. They were fine. They were prompt and courteous. They did everything that they were supposed to do. I thought they were good.

We had given up on getting our cream color carpet to look good after using other providers and having our own carpet cleaner machine. But with a new grand baby beginning to crawl, we needed to try again. Amazing results. So good we had to remove our shoes when entering the house...that lasted a couple weeks but the carpet still looks new a month later. We will have them do the upstairs soon.

The reason that the price was so high is that they charged me a surcharge to come out to my house and they didn't tell me that until the man was already on his way. If I had known that ahead of time, I would have cancelled it. The office called and left a message on the phone and he was already on his way. I couldn't really tell any difference after they finished. He left a mess in the driveway. He apparently washed out the equipment that he used and left dirty water in the driveway. I called them about the surcharge and they were pretty much, too bad. I wish I had never heard of them.

It was okay. The service was average. They cleaned up afterwards.

Went very smoothly. The technician was experienced, told me exactly what he would do, and did what he said he was going to do efficiently. Answered all of my questions as I asked them.

Very responsive to return call, set up estimate and schedule work. On day of job, showed up 45 mins late but minimal impact to my schedule - however he made it right. Tech was very polite, professional and did a great job. Great price for the work I recieved. Would definately use again.

The provider of services was on time and professional. The company followed up with a phone call to make certain I was satisfied with the work. Definitely WILL use again!

We had purchased a big deal off of Angie's List and after calling Coit we were able to set up a time for them to come out and survey the house to determine the number of ducts and returns that would need to be serviced. They were timely and courteous but informed us that the big deal would not cover complete air duct cleaning for our home. We ended up paying about 3x the price of the big deal but the original purchase off of Angie's List was credited to our account. When they came to conduct the cleaning the gentleman was well prepared and friendly. He explained everything that he was going to do and did a very thorough job. Although it was an expensive service our home had never had the ducts cleaned (12 years) so it was certainly needed and a large volume of dust and debris was removed. The price was certainly steep but I don't anticipate needing to repeat this cleaning for at least 6-8 years and given the amount of time and scope of work, it was somewhat justified.

I did not have to pay anything extra outside of the big deal amount. I thought he was very good and he brought to our attention that the cap on the top of the thing was a wrong thing and that it wasn't letting the fuzz out. He was professional, efficient and did it very quickly. He took care of things. He was good!

The guy was friendly. He was knowledgeable and personal, so we were pleased.

Please do not use this review. I returned the voucher I purchased and never used it.

I've used them before I knew they were on Angie's List, and they did a good job. They're very professional.

I purchased a Big deal for Coit Carpet Cleaning and Restoration of San Antonio. They cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and a staircase while they was here. The carpet looks beautiful, looks like it is brand new. They did a great job.

I have 3 fairly small rugs, but it seemed easier to have someone come out and clean them than trying to rent the equipment. The provider came when he said he would and when he saw how small the job was, he added an extra protective treatment to my rugs at no extra cost. I was very satisfied with this provider.

They were very responsive and punctual. When they showed up, my electricians were still here (running behind schedule). He was patient, and worked great with everything else going on. He got stains and candle wax out of my carpets that I thought would be there until I replaced them! He also gave me a free estimate on cleaning the air ducts in my house, and walked me through and explained before/after what he did. They did a GREAT job!

The job was great! He was on time and cleaned up his mess. He did the inside first and then went to the roof to take care of the rest of the vent line. He was a very pleasant young man! He had the work completed within 30 mins! I would definitely use the company again.

Went very well. They had a job prior to mine that took them longer than expected and arrived very late, but did a great job.

The lady called to tell me that it was going to expire the next day. I told her that I was going out of town for 10 days and she said that was okay if I made the appointment. It would still be classified. I've used them a lot. They are good. I use them frequently because they do a very nice job. The coupon was for 3 rooms.
