Pretty well. The service provider was very nice and worked hard. The deal did not go very far so he was happy to add to this and I think the amount he charged was reasonable.

It went very well. They were very prompt and courteous when I called for an appointment. They were very accommodating to our schedule and came on a Saturday. The day of the job they were over two hours late and we had to call them twice. They were apologetic because they were running behind on their work schedule. Once they got to the property they were very, fast, diligent and professional. We were very satisfied with he work.

The process was very professional and I would definitely recommend the service to a friend. My berber rugs are 17 years old (!) and the cleaning restored them to a nice look.

The guy was amazing!! the Tech came out and was very nice and fun to talk to. He knew excatly what he was doing and even threw in the closet for free!! I had some delivery guys from SEARS over at the same time and he politely waited outside for them to finish up. He was not upset and instead just chilled and talked with me. I will for sure go with these people again!

The technician actually called and asked permission to come by early. He offered to wait until the appointed time if that didn't suit my needs. Even though it was a bit inconvenient I told him to come by. He was extremely nice and likeable. My carpeting was dirty. It didn't have many spots, but it had a lot of darkened areas where my 3 larger dogs would sleep and leave oil from their fur. In the hallway, he said some dark areas that didn't clean up with just basic steam were some type of "directional" staining that would never come up. When the darkened areas in the living area didn't clean up quickly, he said he thought they were directional stains as well and wouldn't come up. I insisted they were from the dogs laying there and not "directional" stains. On one area of the living room he finally used a spray-on cleaning enhancer at no extra charge, and the majority of the dark shading came up. It could have been thoroughly cleaned, but he didn't put in the full effort. Neither did he go back to the hallway and a couple other areas to try the spray there. I have no doubt those darkened areas would have cleaned up as well. He acknowledged that the normal cost for Coit's rug cleaning is higher than other carpet cleaners, but he said their quality was so superior it was worth it. Unfortunately, to me "superior" would have meant getting up dirt that was clearly cleanable. Another issue for me is that after the cleaning, the carpet got dirty much more quickly than it did initially. I'm sure they would say that if I had paid a couple hundred more dollars to add on a stain resistant treatment that might not have happened...who knows. Basically, the technician was really nice and the quality was okay for $99 (but I would have been upset if I had paid full price for the quality I got). I'm unlikely to use them in the future because I think I CAN get as good of quality from a less expensive company.

Coit was punctual and did a very good job. I purchases the Teflon coating for an extra $98.68. Within a day, an old pet stain pulled up after the drying was complete, and a new pet stain did not clean up even with the teflon coating. I called the company back, and after a brief discussion, they agreed to return and redo the spots for no extra change. The carpet is now cleaned to my satisfaction.

All went smoothly. I had to reschedule my original service date, but it was not a problem for the office staff. The service man arrived on time and went straight to work. The counter tops look great.

I was very pleased with how Coit was able to get me in on short notice. The technician arrived on time and worked up a quote on the spot. He cleaned the carpets then and there. He got most of the stains out. He was polite. I have not used a carpet cleaning service in over 15 years so I don't have much to compare with. I also have no idea if the prices were fair because I didn't comparison shop. I feel like I got a fair price for the work performed. I have nothing negative to say about the experience.

My berber carpet is about 10 years old and has some damage, gum and various stains. He took his time, helped move furniture. He took about 1.5 hours to clean 4 rooms. I am not quite ready to replace the carpet, so professional cleaning was the next best thing. My carpets do look a lot cleaner, and will do until I replace it next year. I am satisfied.

Arrived on time and spent about 2 hours cleaning. Paid a little extra for Scotchguard.

According to my husband who met with the provider all work was performed in a professional manner. Although the dust problem upstairs is better now than it was, it has not been eliminated as much as I had hoped after this cleaning. It is an older home so maybe that is a contributing factor.

Great cleaning. All carpets perfectly done. Top of mattress perfectly cleaned and multiple child accidents and throw up. Here's the amazing part, he never up sold. I didn't have to hear about an extra cost for pets. That was a first! Overall great job.

I was very pleased with this company. The technician showed up exactly at the appointment time, he was courteous and friendly and got the job done quickly. I have used 4 other companies in the past to clean my dryer vent before joining Angie's list but I have found the one I will use in the future for this and other household projects. They clean much more of the dryer vent than a lot of companies will do.

Technician was prompt and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the vent with the lint in it. Everything was put back in place and left spotless.

In the normal sense the service went fine. However, over the past 24 hours I have used a total of 4 vendors all from Angies List. The 3 that showed up on Friday were outstanding and clearly communicated the services and potential issues. All of them went above and beyond. However, Coit was not up to their standards. It all started off on the wrong path. I purchased the package thru Angies List and I was told I would be contacted by Thursday to set up a time. By Friday afternoon I had not heard anything from them so I had to call them to schedule. The person I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. She did try to work something out ASAP. She was able to schedule something for Saturday. David showed up on time and was ready to work. Not his fault but he tells me that stairs are not included in the 1200 sq foot deal that I purchased and it would cost an additional 70. Once again not his fault but I thought its a bit shady for the company not to disclose that in the deal. That add increased my bill by 25%. To me that didn't sit well. I think it would be nice for them to add that to the notes on the deal. I would have been happy to expect to pay more if they would only add "stairs additional". Considering 70% of texas homes have stairs I suspect many people are caught off guard. I was grateful for the Teflon add service but for 1200 square feel 100 dollars is a bit high. That's gut feel and not a comparison. Overall service was ok....but compared to the Angies List companies I have used over the past year (8 companies) I would rate them poor.(Those other companies were all outstanding) No not about price only. Lack of transparency and the fact I had to contact company to set up service. The quality was fine. Equal to previous company that cleaned carpets. I would be delighted to pay for higher quality if I received it.

Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services was able to schedule the job within a few days, arrived promptly at the appointed time and was ready to start work immediately. A one-person crew completed the carpet cleaning in approximately 2 hours. The work was particularly challenging as it was the first carpet cleaning for the house in the past 12 years. There were numerous stains of various kinds as well as burn holes from cigarettes throughout. The Coit technician carefully and fully explained how each stain would be dealt with and what methods they would use to obtain the best results. With the exception of the burn marks which we knew would remain, they were able to remove all soil, dirt, and stains except for one small area in one of the bedrooms. A much better result than we had ever expected to obtain. The General Manager, Earnest Glenn, and the service technician, Paul St. Louis, represent their company well and gained our trust and whole-hearty recommendation.

I will definately use this company the next time I get my carpet cleaned.

Coit has cleaned carpets for our home and for a rental property. They have always been punctual and thorough. If they think they will have problems with a spot, they let you know in advance, and they let you know if there will be any additional charges. From start to finish, they are very polite and professional. In one instance they were concerned that the carpet may need another treatment and to call them if that was the case, we did call and they came out to ensure all was taken care of as we expected.

It was fine. They were adequate and it turned out that we had to get a new dryer anyway so that wasn't the problem. What I didn't like is that then they try to start selling me bunch of other stuff, which is not what I want. They went to clean my couch and my chairs and all that I had just bought them, so they didn't need to be clean, but other than that I have no complaints. They responded quickly after I called them. I would use them again.
