Great job. Purchased extra treatments to insure most success.

I bought this deal on the morning of 10/14/13 indicating I would like the cleaning done soon. I promptly got a message asking if the next day at 9am would work. Can get any more prompt service than that. The technician, David, showed up just a few minutes after 9. Was very corteous and clear as to what he was going to do. He explained the "deal" and what it includes. I knew that I would have to pay extra because my square footage exceeded the amount allocated for plus a stairwell. He took measurements, diagramed the extra square footage and avised of the increase. The carpet is 2 years old and I have a dog so David recommeneded the stain protectant which I agreed with - the cost of it seemed very reasonable. David promptly got to work and did a great job! The carpet looks brand new again. He also left plenty of foam pieces to place under my furniture so I could move things back later. He was there a little over 2 hours, was very thorough, neat and clean. I would highly recommend Coit Cleaning to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for grout cleaning and sealing. Made contact with Coit and was able to schedule my first choice appointment time. Explained to Coit that I will require some minor grout repair and provided some pictures where repair is needed. The replied that they would not be able to perform the repair. Because the repair needs to be completed prior to cleaning and sealing, I need to cancel this deal. At this point I am considering alternatives to this predicament, including retiling the whole space. Coit was prompt and professional throughout the exchange.

He did a very thorough job. Our dryer is very close to the outside wall so it was not a difficult job. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. He was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend him.

We were required to have the carpets cleaned when we moved out of our rented home. We used a coupon plus an additional fee for whole-home carpet cleaning.

Excellent job. Priced my extra room the least expensive way possible.

The technician came over and inform me that he did the same job that the other contractors were doing that he began to the berate the other contractors and the equipment they were using and everything else. it was very unprofessional.

Cleaned a small area to give us an example of how effective the cleaning would be;. Then, gave us a firm price. Used corner protectors on doorways and on refrigerator to prevent damage by hoses and cleaning equipment used. Showed us areas that dried first to provide results of cleaning. Told us he would be around for a short while loading up the equipment if we had any further questions or issues. We had bought several pieces of equipment to try to clean it ourselves and had hired another professional.. Had not gotten the results that Coit provided..

Technician was quite professional and completed the job much quicker than I could have with my Bissell Pro Heat machine. I am pleased with the results based on how dirty the carpets were before he started. I was a little disappointed that the heavy traffic areas didn't come out cleaner, but I went over them with my machine a few days later and the area looks much better. I think part of the problem was with the final rinsing. I am puzzled about one small (5 inch diameter) circle pattern left on the carpet in the living room. It's lighter than the rest of the carpet and will hopefully steam out the next time I touch up the room. Overall, I can see a vast improvement. His work saved me a lot of time and effort!

He arrived on time and worked steadily for over 2 hrs. (My previous carpet cleaner usually would complete the entire area in an hour). He did a great job. Will gladly use Coit again.

Our dryer is located in the center of our home so it is not the average job. They were able to clean the dryer vent quite well.

Price was great with a 1/2 off coupon. scheduling online was easy and prompt. Technician wa very helpful and worked quickly. This is the second time I have employed Coit, but it sure won't be the last!

We purchased the 50% deal with AngiesList for $119. This included 3 rooms and a hallway. Setting up the appointment was extremely quick and painless. They showed up during the time period they said they would and called to confirm the appointment prior to arrival. Upon arrival, the technician measured the rooms and determined we were over the allotted square footage for the coupon (which we were aware we probably were). He quickly worked up the additional pricing and informed us about adding the Scotchguard treatment to the areas we were getting cleaned. We ended up adding it after considering our pets and new baby. The whole process didn't take more than 2 hours. Overall the work was good and we didn't have any problems with it. The only complaint we have was that we noticed a scratch on our wood floors where he laid down his steam cleaning wand after he left. It wasn't anything deep and we were able to fix it up with our patch pen. It took about 2 hours until we could walk on the carpet, but by the end of the day it looked great and we were able to walk on it like nothing happened. It's been about 2 weeks since we've had it done and we haven't seen any of the minor pet stains we had resurface or anything else pop up. It looks just as good as it did when we moved in and when he left. Overall we were satisfied with the work performed.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. The gentlemen that came out were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They got everything taken care of for us. They came out about a week after I purchased the Big Deal and they were on time for our appointment.

We purshaed the big deal from Angies List. It was easy to schedule the appointment--they came a week after I called which is when it was convenient for us. They came when they said they would and did a great job. They sold us a carpet protection package which was not included in the big deal. I wasn't sure if I should but it since when we bought the carpet we were told it had stain protection in it, but the cleaner said that once the carpet is treated/cleaned that protection wears away and we should buy it. Having a toddler and dog I went ahead and bought it. I'm not sure it was really necessary though. It cost 89 and the big deal to clean the rugs was 118.

I would given them an A for all the categories above. It cost (with the discount coupon) approximately $250. I have a neighbor who has always used Coit and always pleased with them so was happy to see the coupon on Angie's List.

Making the appointment was easy. the gentleman showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and also seemed very knowledgeable and informative about carpet and floor care, instructive on cleaners/equipment to avoid, and instructive on treating stains. He completed the work very timely, and he successfully got rid of several problematic stains I'd tried (and failed) to remove on my own. He promised to come back at no cost if the stains reappeared, but they still have not --- so I was pleased. The only areas still looking kind of ragged were areas of the rug, where the carpet was just too worn to bring back to life. At my request, he gave me a quote for doing my ceramic tile floors, and cleaned one small area of the grout by hand, to show me the difference steam cleaning can make. Great way to sell the service without being pushy at all!!

It was good. I think they were a good company. They came and did what they had to do. They were punctual and polite providing the service. They were in and out in a timely manner and that was important to me. I've seen the difference when they were finished. The price was high.

COIT recently cleaned my carpet, stairwell and a couple of rugs. Excellent service as usual. I had used them last year (2012) to clean the air ducts and dryer vent in my house, and they did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend COIT, as we as, hire them again for any cleaning project.

It turned out great, real fine. They pulled up in front with the truck, ran a whose from a vacumm on the truck to the vent that comes out if the ceiling, through the wall and up through the ceiling and he put that on it and then he turnedthe vacumm on and went up on tthe roof and put brushes down in the four inch pipe or three inch pipe, that lead pipe from the roof down into where the dryer was and then he kind of sucked out behind the dryer itself and from there that was basically it. Rolled his equipment and hose up and was out of there. There was not anything negative or positive that stood out to me. I just didn't, want to climb up on the roof and I don't, have that big vacumm that he had. The final cost of the service was $89.

Excellent experience: arrived on time - took about 10 minutes to set up the equipment and finished about an hour and a half later. Cleanup took about 10 minutes and the appointment was completed. Very professional and courteous.
