Luis called from Toned Homes and scheduled the appointment to have the heating and air conditioning unit checked out. He was very thorough over the phone and gave me the name of the technician and times convenient for my schedule. He also called the day of the appointment to let me know that the technician was en route and a time estimate for arrival. Alex inspected my heater/ac unit and diagnosed the problems. He was up front with what needed to be fixed and explained the parts and mechanisms thoroughly. Alex also presented 3 different levels of repair and allowed me to choose which one without any high pressure sales pitches. We decided on a plan and scheduled the repair again with follow up phone calls and emails. Alex made the repairs and informed me of warranties and parts information. I would definitely recommend this company. They are first rate and put the customer first!

Attic blower fan quit working. Owner, Tony, came out first time and went through all my options. He was able to find the part on a Friday afternoon but only had 15 minutes to get to wholesaler before they closed. He called and asked them to stay open 20 extra minutes so his team could obtain part otherwise it would have been Monday. His team showed with the part and installed on a Friday evening. Much appreciated.

They gave me a time frame that they would be coming but called and said they could come earlier to get us up and running. With both of us being disabled and with health issues,they wanted to get the problem fixed right away. I was very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone who needs good service. When we need to replace our A/C unit we will go with Toned Homes.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I asked (sorry, I mean begged) two other companies for a bid. Neither of them took the time to look at the system and discuss options. Tony Gonzales came out, took the time to examine the entire system and explained everything in detail. I'm an engineer with 40+ years in construction and it was great to have a professional who would shoot straight with you and explain all the details and offer options. The other companies were "door number one or nothing." My experience was fantastic and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a quality job done by quality folks.

Antonio was very knowledgable and thorough. He caught a gas leak that could have led to a fire. He carefully explained every step of the repair process.

My house was not blowing cool air. I called another AC company but felt that they were not being forthcoming about what needed to be done to fix the issue. They kept telling me that I needed a new $6k system. I decided to use HomeAdvisor to locate another AC pro, to get a second opinion. Antonio the owner called me within a few minutes of me submitting my request on HomeAdvisor. He went in to detail about his company and what he could do for me. He went out the following day, gave me a fair price and I hired him on the spot. Turns out, my system only needed a compressor, saving me thousands of dollars. He was very honest, quick and engaged in my project every step of the way. He was also very nice and professional. I will definitely be using him for all future projects. Amazing experience. Exceeded my expectations!!

Extremely honest. They could have easily turned this service call into several hundreds of dollars. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with my system. Just some quirky aspects to the system functions. Turned out to be a routine service call. I would definitely use them again.

Tony has remodeled 2 bathrooms and painted my kitchen/breakfast areas (removed old wallpaper/resurfaced the walls), painted our very open floor plan family room & entry (20+ft ceilings) and dining room. The bathroom remodels are wonderful--absolutely love the results. Tony & his team come up with great ideas and are very good at helping choose colors/tiles/granite... They hire personnel I can trust in my home, very courteous all around good people. I would hire Toned Homes again!

They actually refinished the existing cabinets changing colors so they compliment, excellent painting in detail. I liked their customer management style, very customer oriented and always accessible for questions. They are worth contacting if you have remodeling and so forth projects in mind.

Toned Homes made some recommendations for my heating system. I decided to check with another contractors. The results were confirmed but the other company was a little cheaper. My brother in law is an AC tech from Virginia and he visited us over thanksgiving holiday. Hes checked out the work and I told him Toned Homes was higher but upon his inspection of the quotes it turns out that I was getting a lot more than I would with the other guys.I had them do the work while he was here and he was impressed! and he is hard to please. Use these guys and youll get a great job done

There was time management issues - it was nearly a month from start to finish because the vinyl had to ordered, however the prep work should have been done sooner, once we knew when the vinyl was arriving, they should have started prep work before not after. The result was job started on a Friday and because of the weekend it wasn't finished till Tuesday - had the prep work been done sooner, it would have finished on Friday rather than starting.
