Not only was the owner the most helpful and reliable and generous person to walk me through troubleshooting over the phone for free, but his worker was the same way when he showed up and he didnâ t try to upcharge for anything. Not only would I recommend Toned Homes,, but I would go as far as to say you should use nobody other than Toned homes if you are looking for great fair, and reliable service. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

We continuously had issues with the units they installed.

I was quoted a price of 59,00 over the phone and was charged 89.00. Only one screw was added to the cove of air condition. I think when a man tells you something he should stand behind it. I am 84 years of age and must pay for things I used to do in my younger days I stood behind my word and still do.

Had an issue, owner of company explained what was wrong with our installation of our AC 5 years ago and how that has hurt us. He was honest and fair. Had the work completed quickly and his staff was very professional and polite! I will definitely be using their services in the future.

just now Very, very professional! Our AC went out and Toned Homes went about and beyond to help my family and me out! They were truly a blessing! Outstanding service and they walked me through everything so I was always informed. Tones Homes even fixed the mistakes that the last AC repair company made!

Very professional and customer service was great. I had a question about a thermostat and the owner called me back directly. He helped me make a decision w/o trying to pressure me into a higher costing product and recommended what I ineeded, even though it was cheaper.

The work performed by the technician was neat and clean. Was more expensive than I was expecting, but appears to be in line with the competition.

I was to get a phone call prior to the arrival of the tech, but he was at the door before any call was received. Luckily, I was already home to let him in.

Terrible service. Before they came out only a couple of rooms were not cooling. After their "inspection and service," which I was charged for, the entire house no longer cooled. I had to call someone else out who was able to fix. Very disappointed with Toned Homes!

They were going to charge me $345 for a new thermostat, wifi programmable. This is without the installation charge. of $100. My husband bought one (Wifi programmable) at Lowes for $86 and installed it himself. This makes me think that their prices are very high on equipment.

I recently had to replace my entire AC system and I chose Toned Homes to do the job. Tony thoroughly explained the entire process .His office staff was helpful as well .On the day installation it all was so smooth , his technicians did an amazing job . They worked professionally and thoroughly to install my new unit. They were very friendly and polite . They left everything nice and clean and took all old equipment. i will highly recommend them to family and friends .

Very easy to work with, Tony explained everything he found wrong with the unit and showed me pictures of the coils on the air handler, which were very rusted and covered with mold from a leak. They came out next day and installed new inside and outside units. The installers were professional and after installing the unit they cleaned everything up. All around great service. Helping me get the rebate from CPS now. I would recommend them to anyone with an AC problem and they also do roofs and other home repairs or remodeling.
