They did most of it but left a portion that shows a hole that was hidden with shrubs and I did not notice right away. They kept calling me saying they would come and fix it but never did. I kept telling them to come do the work and they would not show up.

Their logo is so good looking, but their service is just ugly.

I never want them on my property again. The designer and I discussed everything several times but the word never seemed to get to the workers. She was usually on time but the workers rarely were. It seemed as though the designer had hired people off the street to do the work. I asked them to install cedar fencing but they installed pine instead. They were frequently understaffed and would send one person who didn't even have the right materials for the job. When they were installing the concrete patio I had to remind them to put the electrical conduit into the right spot because they were going to leave it out. They put brick coping stone around the pond before they even installed the liner. I'm going to have to have another contractor come in to repair the fence work that they did.

Communication is definitely a problem with this company. We were very excited about the ideas that Gahly had, although she is quite abrupt and can be difficult to communicate with. At one point, work stopped for more than a day because of a miscommunication over one item. Honestly, I think we were all talking about the same thing, but she got frustrated and sent the workers home. Then she said they were now on another job and unavailable right away. The work looked very nice when it was done, but within a week one of the caps on the limestone came loose. It was never fixed, despite repeated requests by phone and email. She always has a reason why her masonry guy just can't make it. There are some cracks in areas that make me wonder how long it will last, but it is very beautiful. She significantly over-planted the beds. Although I like the plant choices she made very much, there are way too many plants in the beds and it is hard to keep up with cutting them back. I am going to have to hire someone else to come in and thin it out in a way that still looks good. The trees she planted are nice and are doing very well.

We liked there ideas they were very helpful and friendly and they gave us great ideas but at the time we just couldn't afford it they said they would call back. They were willing to negotiate with is so it was more affordable.

Rushed through on the last day, were asked to come back tomorrow however said they couldn't. When they left they rinsed everything off so it looked fine. The next day there were several cracks, flaws, and there was not enough color possibly due to not being cleaned properly. Once all dried all of these issues came to light and it simply looked awful.

We had an appointment for 10am on a Saturday, and no one ever showed up. I called them and left a message with my home and cell numbers, but no one ever called me back.

They never responded to my request.

Like hundreds of people out there, you search on Angie's List for solid referrals. Unfortunately, The Whole Nine Yards, rated very well with many positive reports, was a big disappointment on many levels. First, she waited five days to return my phone call. We set up an appointment on Saturday the 5th at 9:00 and did not show up nor did she call. Then, I called her the next week to provide her with another opportunity and she told me she had canceled all jobs and estimates-again, no phone call and no apologies. We set up another appointment the following Saturday (May 12 at 9:00) and again she is a no show without a phone call. Be wary with her (the owner) words. She is not a good business person because she does not honor her commitments.

We set up an appointment. It rained so we changed the appointment. Then I called them a day before to remind them. I didn't get anybody and left a message. They never showed up or called. I have been calling them every day, and the voicemail box was full so they must be having problems. I'm gonna scratch them.

The individuals who came to give an estimate were obviously well-versed in their business. The area was measured, materials and procedures were discussed, and an estimate was given. The craftsmen who constructed the walk were very professional. The final product is just as I envisioned it.

The Whole Nine Yards Landscaping did a good job. They got the job done quickly and were very open to my opinion and then made suggestions based on that. They used quality products and insure all of their work. The crew was very professional and courteous.

THE INDIVIDUALS WHO WORKED ON MY BACK YARD WERE VERY SKILLED, HELPFUL, AND POLITE. I DID NOT SCHEDULE THE WORK AHEAD OF TIME- BUT RATHER JUST SAW THEM WORKING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SCHEDULED THEM TO COME BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THEY WORKED WELL AND HAD NO SUPERVISION. HONEST AND HARD WORKING.
