Terminix - San Antonio -Termite & Pest Control

He got here 20 minutes before the stated window, and was quite apologetic for being early! I asked him to start with the outside, and he sprayed the base of the house all the way around, and checked the whole yard, noting some insects I didn't know were living around the area. He came in, checked with me about what I had seen and where. He double-checked and really went over those areas as well as simply going through the whole house. He let me know what to expect over the contract, and gave me contact info, reminding me to call could I see any "activity" *grin*. He was quite efficient!

I have had a bad experience with Terminix. They sprayed around my house, it was supposed to last a long time, it didn't. I recently was going to renew with them and they tried selling something to me that would end up costing me 1,400 dollars. Every once in a while I still see a termite. I don't think anyone in this country should buy Terminex, I think they are probably the worst company in America.

I was satisfied with their service. However, I would recommend finding someone good who is local as I believe you would get a better rate.

I have had annual contracts with Terminex for quarterly treatments for the past 3 years. The techs paid attention to detail in noting and treating for common pests here (ants, scorpions, spiders, wasps). The last few services have been rushed. The tech is usually much later than scheduled, treats areas minimally (a squirt at a the bottom of doors & window instead of all along the base) and doesnt really say anything about seeing any particular insect problems.

After purchasing a new home, I discovered the house had some pests and termites. At first things went well. The sales rep was nice and I thought I was good to go. After signing a contract for their pest control services/treatments I then noticed we had termites near my bathroom. Terminix came out and set traps and did a visual inspection outside. I thought the problem was solved but the termites have came back. I called to have the techs come back out but on several occasions I received calls hours after our schedule time telling me they were running behind. I call to cancel my pest control contract and complain about their termite service and was given three more months (on my contract) for just $60. When they finally came back the tech didn't want to go in my attic and told me he couldn't properly set the termite trap without my husband first drilling a whole in the bathroom wall so they could further investigate. I have hire another termite removal company who said he could have drilled a whole himself and set the trap properly to address the problem. My warranty ended in April but the Termites are still here. I am hoping Angie's List can help obtain a partial refund since the problem was never fixed.

They are very punctual. I've been in this house for 16 years and I don't have any bugs or termites. The little fellow that gives me service comes about once each quarter. They are on time and very efficient. I spend about $500 a year.

It was good, it was professional - they came and exterminated the yard and everything. I liked it. They seem very friendly and nice, I like their communication.

Terrific I love them. You can call them and they will come out and spray if you have insect problems. Very good I'll recommend them to anybody.

They come to my house every three months. They are very honest. The person who does the job, is very trustworthy. Even if I am not at my house I trust him to do the job. I have used them for many years, and they do an excellent job.

We had great experience with Terminix providing inside and outside services. They were slighty more expensive than others that we researched, but found them to be worth the money. They have always provided extremely prompt service whenever we have needed their services. They also are very responsive outside of regulary scheduled appointments.

The service men were very friendly and courteous. They called before they got here. I would call them again if I have pest issues, but am not renewing my contract based on price.

They are good, and do what they are suppose to do. I would rate them pretty high. I think their price is a little higher than it should be.

They're very professional and they're on time. If I'm not able to be here when they're scheduled to come, I'm able to change the scheduling date. I prefer mornings so they come in the mornings. They're professional looking, neat, and clean. They do a good job.

They come every month. It's convenient because we automatically pay each month. They spray the inside of the house, under the kitchen sink, in the bathrooms, and the outside of the house. They do our garage as well. They do everywhere. They used to be called Orkin, and they changed over to Terminix.

They spray around the kitchen, the bathrooms and the outside. I used to have an independent guy that dropped off the face of the earth. I got out the yellow pages and called Terminix. I am not unhappy but I am not thrilled either. Their price is competitive. They guy that came out was a very nice guy.
