Description of Work: They do all my pest and termite control for the house and yard. They show up on time. They also always call and let me know when they are coming so I can keep my dogs inside.

Description of Work: Terminix has been my home provider for the past 15 years (approximately providing quarterly service and annual termite inspection. I have never had a complaint with their service. They are punctual, responsive, and for being a long time customer, they have been very competitive with their rates.

Description of Work: Turman X work nights annual service or pest control. We have use them for more than five years and have never been disappointed. I do wish that their commercials with not show actual roaches.

Description of Work: The provider was prompt and ready to work when he got here. He did the inside of the house and then went outside to do the foundation. He was equipped with a small computer to print out a receipt and a list of the services he performed. A good experience.

Description of Work: The cost of this service,I think,however they got me because their Termite insurance protection plan needs to be ineffect with a yearly inspection!!! |I'm stuck with and they also start sending me a DUN for their service up to 2 months before the due date for service. Some company ! It's a pressure outfit that will,probably,not live up to it's guarantee-I guess. |

Description of Work: I have used Terminex for years. They come out on a quarterly basis and charge my credit card on file. I don't have to do anything other than open the door. For a period of 3 months, I left Terminex to try another pest control company, but I returned after seeing other companies do not do better. Terminex has been the best in timeliness, customer service, and keeping the bugs away!

Description of Work: I've used them since I purchased my home in 1998 to prevent termites. I prefer they call before they come to do their annual inspection and provide the name of the employee that will do the work. They agreed to this procedure.

Description of Work: There is no problem with the service; but they seem to keep going up on their price. The average cost (with tax) figures out to be $40 per month. Of course, I can call them back anytime during the 3-month period that I see an insect.
