I am not very pleased with the work Terminix did for our problem with wasps. I paid them a lot of money. The wasps were coming from the ground they said, they sealed some bricks around our house and sprayed for wasps. This did not fix the problem, so we had to call them back twice more and it seemed like they never listened to us when we asked them to spray around our storage shed as well. The problem persisted and we feel they never finished the job properly.

Terminix was not the company I thought it was. When I initially hired them, I had a two year contract with them. I then developed an ant problem. They came to my home about five times and they still couldn't get the problem solved. They acted unprofessional about the situation, so I finally fired them.

We used to have Terminix do all our bug treatments, but now we only use them for termites. This is because they wouldn't call ahead of time, they raised their prices and they don't offer as good service as they used to. They wanted $140 to come each time to inspect for bugs and we found another company that does it for half that.

Terminix International Company did a great job. I was surprised that they sprayed yards, but they do. They got the work done quickly. I'm pretty sure the chemicals that they used were pet friendly. My yard has never looked better.

We had termites in the past and Terminix installed some stations every 10' around the house, which they check. I don't like that they bill us three months at a time and send bills three months in advance. I tried to get help once, got someone low on the totem pole in the company, who said they'd have their supervisor call me, and he never did.

Terminix did an excellent job. The two guys that came out were very nice to us. The price was very high, but if you want a quality job done, you have to pay for it. They did get rid of the termites.

I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH TERMINIX'S SERVICES. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO INSPECT FOR TERMITES, THEY WERE VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. THEY EVEN WORKED OUT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR US.

TERMINIX HAS BEEN A GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER. WE CALLED THEM INITIALLY WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH CARPENTER ANTS. THEY TREATED FOR THE PROBLEM AND WE SIGNED UP FOR THEIR QUARTERLY SERVICE. THEY HAVE COME OUT TO HELP WITH A MOUSE AND RAT PROBLEM AND TO TREAT FOR ANTS OVER AND ABOVE THE MONTHLY PLAN.

THE EXTERMINATOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS FIELD AND EXPLAINED WHY THE ANTS WERE COMING INSIDE. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND DID HIS JOB QUICKLY, BUT THOROUGHLY.

AT FIRST I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE. I DID NOT LIKE THE CONTRACT AND THE SERVICE MAN WAS NOT VERY PROMPT. AT ONE TIME, SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD BE BACK AND DID NOT COME BACK. IN THE END, THE PEST WERE CONTROLLED.

THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB SO FAR. I'VE BEEN REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY INSECTS AROUND THE HOUSE. THE EXTERMINATOR IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE ON THE LAWN. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. NOT QUITE ON TIME FOR THEIR ARRIVAL. THEY CONTACT THE HOMEOWNER WITH A REMINDER CALL WHEN TREATMENT IS DUE.

TERMINIX COMES OUT EVERY THREE MONTHS AND SPRAYS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THEY ARE ON TIME AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED.

TERMINIX RID MY HOUSE OF TERMITES AND CONTINUED TO KEEP IT FREE OF TERMITES FOR THE TWO YEARS THAT WE CONTINUED TO LIVE AT THAT ADDRESS. TERMINIX WAS ONE OF THREE COMPANIES WERE RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FROM. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND OFFERED OPTIONS TO CONTINUE SERVICE.
