+ -1 morehusband and wife team arrived on time, brought all necessary supplies along with a written explanation of what was to be done. We had talked on the phone previously going over things that needed cleaning. Cleaned house thoroughly, dusted everything, even things I had forgotten needed dusting. Thoroughly cleaned floors, bathrooms, all surfaces. When they were done, she asked me to look around and make sure things were done to my satisfaction. Grade A, will use again

+ -1 moreShelly and Thomas got right to work. They were very professional and took a great deal of care with the furniture and the "knick knacks". They did everything as agreed. We were so impressed that we have hired them to come and clean our home every 2 weeks. Great experience.

+ -1 moreThey were on time, communicated well,cleaned my house professionally including my window blinds, windowsills, ceiling fans, base boards, dusted thourghly, spotlessly cleaned my 2.5 bathrooms, cleaned my kitchen including my refrigerator. I will have them back this Fall to do a Fall deep clean. Do yourself a favor and hire them. They do terrific work!

+ -1 moreThe price is mainly why we use the service. They are prompt and friendly. Lately we have to talk with them on on Friday before they do the main cleaning deepened who is cleaning, They can get a little sloppy. However always have a pretty good experience.

+ -1 moreI had looked for someone who could clean on Friday morning due to our different schedules. She was the first one within a reasonable rate who would clean first thing Friday morning. They arrived within reasonable time due to traffic that Friday morning. She asked what specific needs I had that day and immediately got to work. I worked in our office while they were there and was able to even have a conference call while they cleaned. When she was dusting in the office, she talked to me a bit. She was very friendly. The house was pefectly cleaned when the left less than 2 hours later. This basic cleaning is exactly what I need, and at a great price.
Description of Work: They dusted all shelves, windexed all glass, cleaned kitchen counters, cleaned all bathrooms, vacuumed rugs, mopped wood and tile floors.

+ -1 moreI have not found any thing that the have missed. They go in the front door, start upstairs and at the back of the house and clean to the front door. They call the day before the appointment to make sure we are in sync. They arrive on time and they work the entire time until they are finished. They have cleaned the house four times and done an excellent job each time. They will clean the house again on the 29th of June and I am confident I will continue to be please with their efforts.
Description of Work: Background: I selected T&S Janitorial Services from Angie's list after being stood up by Merry Maids of New Braunfuls. I have been using them since the March 9, 2011. They clean my home which is for sale monthly. The house is empty and is 2500 sq ft in size, 3 bedrooms, den, living room, formal dining room, 2 baths, large kitchen with a breakfast area, an upstairs game room (what ever) and a 1/2 bath. They do the following ever 4 weeks: - Kitchen: Wipe down counter tops; dust cabinets, sweep and mop ceramic tile floors, dust and wipe down base boards, and dust venitan blinds. dust and wipe down window sills, windex inside windows as required. - Bathroom: Clean toilets, sinks, tubs and showers, sweep and mop ceramic tile floors, wipe down base boards dust and wipe down window sills, windex inside windows as required. - Hallways: Sweep and mop ceramic tile floors and wipe down base boards. - Other living area carpetd: vacum, wipe down base boards, dust ceiling fans, dust and wipe down window sills, windex inside windows as required, wipe down base boards. The effort takes two people 2 hours to complete.

They come every 2 weeks and I love the days that they come. The house always looks wonderful. I will continue to use T & S for a very long time.

+ 0 moreThey were on time. They were supposed to do the windows inside and they only did as far as they could reach. They were pretty short so it was dirty from where they could reach up. There were a lot of little things that bothered me about the quality of their cleaning. I was very disappointed because they came highly recommended. They did clean but there were a lot of things that they cleaned very poorly. They cleaned the rest of the house but there were several items that they cleaned very poorly. I thought they were a little pricey for what they provided. They called me back immediately and they came at exactly the time they said they would come out. I have not called them back at all.
Description of Work: I used T & S Janitorial Services for housecleaning. It was an empty house and I wanted them to clean it thoroughly before I moved in.

Description of Work: The appointment was for between 7;30 and 8;00 am . It is now 9;15 and I have not heard from them. The service last time was 5/18/11 and they missed some things that I thought should be done. --not cleaning the gas stove drip pans- and not taking enough time to clean the bathroom counters well. They charged 125.00 ;ast time, but since they aren't here yet I haven't paid them

+ -1 moreAfter we called them, they came in and we explained what we wanted, they gave us a price and we agreed they could do the job. They showed up on time and did the work that was agreed upon. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with their work. We definintely will use tehm again.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I've used T&S. The first was for a regular house cleaning ($135). It was then that they told me how much was left out of my last deep cleaning done by someone else. So I had them back to do a proper deep cleaning. They were very responsive to a schedule change the week of the appointment and showed up right on time. After an efficient and thorough cleaning, the house looks great. I've already scheduled my next cleaning with them.
Description of Work: Whole house deep cleaning, which included extra attention to kitchen and bathrooms, baseboards and windowsills.

+ -1 moreWhen I called to setup an appointment, they called me back very quickly.They were very thorough in detailing what work they would be responsible for. They showed up on time. The results of cleaning were inconsistent. The windows and blinds were cleaned perfectly. There were a couple windows that had sticky substances on the outside of the windows and they got it all off. The bathrooms, ceiling fans and laminate floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The base of the toilet bowls where they are anchored to the floor were not cleaned, the top of the ceiling fan blades were not cleaned, the laminate floors showed foot prints from walking on the floor before it dried. They were very pleasant and polite but because of the inconsistent work done, I will not use their services again.
Description of Work: I was moving into a townhome and hired T&S to help me clean the townhome before moving in. They washed windows and blinds, cleaned ceiling fans, cleaned bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, tiles, mopped bathroom floors and cleaned laminate flooring throughout the townhome.

+ -1 moreThey gave an over the phone estimate, and their fees are comparable to other housecleaning agencies in the San Antonio area. They arrived on time, and have only been twice so far, but do a good job. They're highly efficient and quick, and I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreAlways on time and very thorough in their cleaning. They let me know when we are due for another cleaning and so far have never let us down. The pricing is very affordable, however extra services outside of the usual cleaning are a bit pricey. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Description of Work: T&S does an amazing job on our house. They are punctual and thorough and even remind me when we're do for another cleaning. We have been using them for about 6 months now and they have always done a great job. Last week we had a scheduled cleaning, however it was raining and unfortunately my dogs make a mess with all the mud outside. I called them the morning of our cleaning and asked if we could reschedule, and they were completely okay with that. I was very impressed with this and the fact that they did not charge us for rescheduling so late. They were understanding and came back when the rain was over the following week.
