Description of Work: I purchased a $185 deal for Five Hours of Deep Housecleaning, Including Interior of Oven and Refrigerator. The service went fine. The only additional fees were from a tip. Two people came out to clean and stayed within the 5 hour time frame. They were able to clean the entire house and brought their own cleaning supplies.

Description of Work: They were here bright and early and cleaned the rooms/areas that I asked them to. |Their work was adequate/good but not spectacular. There were some places that I would have preferred them to work harder to clean, like the area where I feed the dogs in the kitchen/dining space.

Description of Work: I purchased a service which included two hours of cleaning. The couple arrived and I only had one specific job that need done, cleaning all floors in the house. Even just this one job, they could not do adequately. They kept asking for cleaning supplies, even though they were supposed to bring their own. Asked for brooms, mops, trash bags etc. after they left, floors were still dirty. Completely unprofessional ! ! A total waste of money.

Description of Work: Called T&S at the last minute because I could not get ahold of my usual housekeeper. A husband/wife team showed up, cleaned everything very well in three hours, called us when they were done and did everything we asked. We have a 3200SF home, two stories, lots of decor, etc. I dont' leave a messy house for a housekeeper, but it definitely needed a good cleaning and they did that very well, including bathrooms, dusting/vacuuming all surface areas, mopping tile floors. Bottom line, they were fast, efficient, did a very fine job. Highly recommend. Have scheduled them for next month. Paid them a premium price of about $60 over my usual housekeeper only because I called them at the last minute and came over immediately. Ordinarily they will charge $150 which is in-line with other rates. She told me they also do a very deep cleaning if requested for an extra fee of course. Thinking about hiring them right before the holidays so they can clean the oven, windows, baseboards, everything.

Description of Work: I hired them to do a "deep clean," and then on a weekly basis. I did not have to do the deep clean, they would have done a regular cleaning instead, but I opted for it because it included baseboards, windows, and ceiling fans. They really were thorough in the dusting for the deep clean and cleaned all interior windows, they went over every surface in the room(s) and completely de-dusted. I have them for a weekly clean now, and they are always on time. I spend $100.00 for the weekly clean now. This includes dusting and surfaces. Overall, I am very happy with their service.
