+ -1 moreI split the cost of replacing a wood fence with our neighbor, and paid to work on an iron fence. Day one started well - so I foolishly paid up him the full price after day one. Guess who didn’t show up after that? After over a week of pressure including getting ready to file a police report he did finish the wood fence. Quality was ok. He did very little repair on the iron portion of the work and has made every excuse in the book for not showing up. Apparently people have set up a Facebook page with their stories as well. Anyway lesson learned and I could have been much more critical than this might come across. UNTRUSTWORTHY is about the nicest thing one can say about this man.
