There were two workers who came to do the work. It took an hour maybe two to do the work. They left the area clean.

I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Steamatic of San Antonio staff provided to me this week.
I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Steamatic team worked on the problem. The employees I interacted with, especially David, Courtney and Israel, were very knowledgeable about any kind of flood topic and seemed genuinely interested in resolving my problem rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. 
A great team that makes customers feel respected and valued and have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of her friends to Steamatic of San Antonio.

Steamatic did a fabulous job! The crew was clean cut, on time and very polite.  There were no surprise up charges for cleaning like I have experienced with other companies.  I highly recommend this company.  My carpet looks brand new.

Steamatic is a contractor for USAA and the day we discovered our water heater leaking is the day they showed up.  They cleaned up all the damage, were very efficient and respectful of the cost, and they were very professional throughout the entire job.  When they would do work, they were very specific about protecting furniture and cleaning up after the work was done.  They kept us informed on the progress and did a great job.

The guys came and cleaned my carpet up. Nothing really stood out. Their responsiveness was pretty good. They were on time. I would probably look elsewhere and look at some other companies in the future.

After a sever pipe burst, Steamatic was prompt to my house to minimize the water damage and to clean it up quickly. They were able to perform mold tests to give me piece of mind nothing bad was lingering in my walls. They were also able to give me pricing for the build back of the walls that were too damaged to allow to remain which they performed. I was fortunate that my insurance deductable was all that I had to pay even though the pricing was reasonable. I now regulary use them for my carpet cleaning.

I liked his ideas that he came up with and the ease with which he was able to supply services. I also like his willingness to work with you.
