I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Steamatic team worked on the problem. The employees I interacted with, especially David, Courtney and Israel, were very knowledgeable about any kind of flood topic and seemed genuinely interested in resolving my problem rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. A great team that makes customers feel respected and valued and have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of her friends to Steamatic of San Antonio.
Description of Work: After a long trip, I arrived to my house to find out that my walk-in closet was flooded. I called for a help and your team arrived within hour as it was promised. They cleaned everything and for next 3 days made sure that all moisture were gone from every wall.

Description of Work: They found my slab foundation had water seeping in with vapor barrier trapping moisture and molding. They removed carpet and dried out my slab foundation. They were responsored and did all they said they were going to do. Their work was covered under insurance.

Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned in all house areas after having 10 members of my family for a month at my house. The carpets where destroyed! The team was very careful with my belongings and after the job the carpets looked like new. They've done the air duct cleaning too and I was very satisfy. They are very knowledgeable of what they do. I always ask for Courtney and Israel, these two are a great and trustworthy team. What I like the most is that the work that they do last. The stains don't come back and the house feels fresh for a long time.

+ -1 moreSteamatic is a contractor for USAA and the day we discovered our water heater leaking is the day they showed up. They cleaned up all the damage, were very efficient and respectful of the cost, and they were very professional throughout the entire job. When they would do work, they were very specific about protecting furniture and cleaning up after the work was done. They kept us informed on the progress and did a great job.
Description of Work: We had a water leak in the attic water heater and they cleaned up the mess.

+ -1 moreThe guys came and cleaned my carpet up. Nothing really stood out. Their responsiveness was pretty good. They were on time. I would probably look elsewhere and look at some other companies in the future.

+ 1 moreAfter a sever pipe burst, Steamatic was prompt to my house to minimize the water damage and to clean it up quickly. They were able to perform mold tests to give me piece of mind nothing bad was lingering in my walls. They were also able to give me pricing for the build back of the walls that were too damaged to allow to remain which they performed. I was fortunate that my insurance deductable was all that I had to pay even though the pricing was reasonable. I now regulary use them for my carpet cleaning.
Description of Work: Stop pipe from leaking. Provide fans and dehumifiers for cleanup. Clean carpet. Remove damaged walls. Repair damaged walls.
