Description of Work: we had mosquito control service thru Angie's list in early summer. This supplier was not prompt about returning calls to schedule. And overall, the product applied was not as effective as the previous supplier. The most frustrating are the repeated mailed invoices to the home asking for payment, when we paid thru Angie's list.

Description of Work: Covers one year of flea prevention with them coming back as needed. Fleas are horrible this year so it is very much appreciated. They didn't write my full address down and so couldn't find me the first time and we had to reschedule, but when they did arrive I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I called the company the day before I purchased the Big Deal . The woman I spoke with we great she gave me dates that they had available and made me fee like she wanted my business. The following day I purchased the Big Deal and called back to get my appointment scheduled and I spoke with a man. When I spoke with the 2nd person they went into detail about how they had a lot of work right now and couldn't get me scheduled the date I needed, or for two weeks. He seemed uninterested in my business.

Description of Work: I responded to an Angie's List deal, which they used as a marketing promotion. They come out quarterly like clockwork. Now they just treat the outside perimeter. This year, I had a small outbreak of web worms on one bush...kinda missed the wasps :(
