It went very well. I provided them information on what needed to be done and they provided a price. They suggested protection and pet resolutions and all went well.

Excellent value, purchased the year contract for as many times as we need them. With a toddler and pets, worthwhile service. Carpets were very clean and smelled great.

I bought the "good" package which is just basic cleaning. I'm not particularly a fan of packages - I'd prefer something a bit more customized. For example - my carpets are fairly clean, and just needed to be touched up. The exception is the stairway which has visibly more traffic use. I would have liked to be able to have a more thorough clean on the stairs, but did not want to pay an extra $100 to move up to the "better" package just to get a more thorough cleaning on the stairs. My "good" package only included the hot water extraction cleaning. There was no pre-vacuuming or pre-spraying. Having formerly owned a carpet cleaning company, and knowing the standards that are set by the IICRC, I believe that the "basic" "good" cleaning should include pre spray. Otherwise, all you are doing is rinsing the carpet with water. As far as professionalism- they showed up on time, and appeared to be dressed professionally. However, when I answered the door, there was only one person. I went into my office after showing him around the house and what needed to be cleaned, and soon heard voices. I saw him on his cell phone, so I thought maybe he was just talking to another customer. No big deal. Then I realized it was going on and on, and realized it was a child or family member. I was wondering why the machine was running still? That's when I figured out by the movement of the hoses that someone else was also in the house and that person was upstairs cleaning. I did not like that a person who did not introduce themselves or present themselves entered my home. It felt like a violation.

From the minute I picked up the phone, Carlos took excellent care of me. He had a two man crew at my home within 48 hours to complete all services. They had to return on two separate occasions afterwards to perform additional work on my kitchen tile, as they were not satisfied with how it looked originally, at no additional cost. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and very comfortable to be around. I'll welcome them back in my home again anytime!
