Servpro

. I called ServPro before 7 a.m. and was told by Tim that he'd be at my house in 90 minutes or less. I told him that I had water not only on carpeting but also on wood floors. No show. Several hours later, I called. Receptionist said they were very busy. She'd get a time and call back. No call. I continued to call hours apart and was told the same thing each time but did not receive a call back any of the times. Finally, around 8 pm I was told that she was and quot;pulling in the guys at 9:00.and quot; I was told at one point that Tim never should have said he'd be here in 90 minutes! I called early the next morning and was told someone would be here by noon; said they'd been out until 2 a.m., not 9 p.m. No show. Then I received a call that someone would be here around 2:30 or 3. They kept telling me how busy they were. I had no doubt about that, as we'd received a great deal of rain in SA. After the early morning call to ServPro, I called a highly-rated company on Angie's List, thinking that whoever got here first would do the work. This other company was here within two hours, mentioning that wood floors needed treating very quickly. I cancelled ServPro before the last and quot;scheduledand quot; time of 2:30 or 3:00. I understand that they were extremely busy, but I do not understand their continued lack of response and their not coming when they said they would or their simply not saying that they were too busy so that I would not have wasted well over 24 hours. I consider this not only unprofessional but inconsiderate and unreliable.

They provided an estimate and for 3 days came back each evening to test humidity and carpet until levels were normal.

Service Pro responded within 2 hours of initial notification and provided a writing estimate within 2 hours after the visit. The team who actually performed the cleanup was great. They were on time and did a very good job limiting the amount of destruction. They removed and hauled away wet carpet and drywall, only removing what was necessary to ensure proper drying. They followed up with us daily for three days, removing equipment as necessary as rooms dried. Overall I was very pleased and would use them again.

Went great. Very professional, helpful and did not try and sell me on anything i didn't need.

They were responsive and very good about explaining to me what was going on. They set up huge fans and dehumidifiers to dry out my home. They quoted a price, based on my insurance deductable, and let me decide. There was no pressure and that was the reason I decided on them. I really trusted them. They immediately set to work. They were very good about explaining to me every step of the way. I was in between business trips and it was a really stressful situation that was made much easier by ServPro.

I honestly hope I never have the need to use this company again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Servpro, and I can highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

They come in and clean up the water and they're supposed to take your possessions and dry them out and return them. They took them out in 60 gallon black plastic bags. I kept calling. I had to rent a storage for my yard. Then they brought the stuff back in the same bags as they took them in. Big Disaster! All they did was more damage. I had a handmade italian inlaid table that is no longer worth a dime. I was a little less than impressed. When they brought my stuff back they just chucked it in. They didn't even have an inventory list for me.

This company actually worked the best out of all the companies that I had to come out and try to get it out. When they got done working in my home, I came back in and it smelled very fresh again. I had been struggling with the smell of smoke in my house for awhile now so this was a big relief.

I picked this company because of the good reports on them on Angie's List. The service was excellent. The workers were efficient and courteous, and I think they did a great job. Based on their work for me, I would recommend them enthusiastically.

Servpro is a very professional company. They tend to do lots of work for me. I have them do all my carpets and drapes as well as my ducts. I choose to use Servpro because they are excellent at what they do. I would not prefer anyone else to do any of these services for me. They are always professional. Servpro always has an opening when I need them to come. I have never had them reschedule on me and they are always on time. The workers are always clean cut and ready to work. Pricing is quite hard to pinpoint because I have so much work done by them. I feel they are reasonable. I will continue to keep using Servpro for a very long time.

The service was performed professionally and on time. The job took about three hours to perform and was done on site. He uses his own equipment and tries to stay out of the way.
