We had water leakage and our insurance companies sent them out. They put the fans up and it ran for 24 hours and came back and took the fans out. The fans were industrial and big fans. They were professional. We were all dried up and they wanted to lease the fan for another 24 hours which was not necessary and they were just trying to get some extra payment out of it.

When I called and described what I needed, move out cleaning service, Heath recommended someone to help with the general cleaning and facilitated contact. The day after the general cleaning was finished, he arrived much later than promised due to the previous job being more involved than he had planned on. Even though it was after 5, he followed through and went to work. He was fast and efficient. He had the job done in about an hour. Thanks to the cleaning efforts, we were able to get back some of the security deposit.
