+ -1 moreWe had water leakage and our insurance companies sent them out. They put the fans up and it ran for 24 hours and came back and took the fans out. The fans were industrial and big fans. They were professional. We were all dried up and they wanted to lease the fan for another 24 hours which was not necessary and they were just trying to get some extra payment out of it.
Description of Work: I used Service Master to dry our carpets.

+ -1 moreWhen I called and described what I needed, move out cleaning service, Heath recommended someone to help with the general cleaning and facilitated contact. The day after the general cleaning was finished, he arrived much later than promised due to the previous job being more involved than he had planned on. Even though it was after 5, he followed through and went to work. He was fast and efficient. He had the job done in about an hour. Thanks to the cleaning efforts, we were able to get back some of the security deposit.
Description of Work: Pretreated and sanitized for spots and pet residue. Steam cleaned all carpets in empty townhouse (5 rooms, hallway, staircase, & 3 closets. Did not succeed in removing all spots.

They were prompt, professional and very friendly. I was even given someone's direct cell phone number so I could call with any questions or to schedule their daily moisture checks. I was satisfied with the job they did
Description of Work: We had a broken pipe in our foundation. After the leak was repaired by the plumbers, Service Master came in and removed the wet carpet, and placed fans and dehumidifiers for several days. When they were satisfied that all was completely dried out (using a moisture detector of some kind), they removed their equipment. They could have done the necessary sheetrock repairs and carpet installation, but we're doing what we can to save money. Our homeowner's insurance paid them directly. (That's why I didn't rate the cost.)
