They have an automated phone system. Over the course of 10 days, I called 4 times and left messages with the 'residential landscape' extension, On the 5th call, I pressed 0 for the operator and left a message stating I hadn't heard from anyone and requested a call back. Didn't get an answer to that message either. They may do very good work, but I have no way of knowing.

We are always pleased with Schultz landscaping. They are very friendly and listen to what we want. They did work for us and we were very pleased with what they did and the plan that they drew up for my daughter was a very good plan and he gave very good advice on what she should do even if she did not accept their design plan.

My grandfather was returning home after 3 months in the Intensive Care Unit and 1 month in a physical rehabilitation facility. His home's exterior did not allow much accessibility considering his reduced mobility after a long hospital stay. A neighbor recommended Kyle at Schultz and Co. I called the company and promptly received a response and a prompt meeting to discuss options. Kyle listened to my and my grandmother's concerns regarding desire for something aesthetically pleasing but with the main priority of accessibility for my grandfather's walker. Kyle sent a couple of sketches of potential options for two flagstone pathways. He stayed in constant communication with both myself and my grandmother the whole time! The work was done extremely quickly with no loss of quality or workmanship. My grandparents are only sad that they hadn't done this addition to their home years ago!
I will be calling Kyle and Schultz and Co. back for work on my own home!

It was excellent. They were great. They sent out half a dozen of workers to get the job done rapidly. They do great work and they clean up. Their work is outstanding. They leave everything a whole lot better than it was.

I used Bill (Schultz) for my original landscaping in 2003. When I initiated a major backyard makeover with high-end swimming pool and house expansion, I didn't even give a second thought as to whether or not I'd stick with Schultz and Company for the new work. Bill runs (now assisted by his son Ryan) a very professional operation and pays attention to the details. Throughout my home remodel and pool construction, I was constantly frustrated when other contractors kept leaving their trash laying around my yard. (Especially when bags of fast-food and foil wrapped scraps were left around for my dogs to get into.) It was always refreshing when the crew from Schultz and Company were working on-site. Not only did they make sure all of their trash was collected at the end of the day; they also walked the property and cleaned up the trash left behind from all other sub-contractors. Their employees are professional, courteous and hard working. The company also stands behind all work performed. Plants installed last Summer that didn't survive into this spring were promptly replaced at no additional charge under their installation warranty / guarantee policy. Schultz and Company is definitely not the cheapest landscaper out there; but it is definitely a case where you get what you pay for. You will not have to deal with absentee workers and wondering when your landscape work will be completed. They move in and move fast to get the job done.

Bill Schultz and his entire staff and crews have always performed in the utmost of professionalism. The landscape upgrade recently performed is testament to this professionalism. Due to some overgrowth of some natural areas and some wear by animals, the crews came in and relocated some beds, resodded turf areas, built a flagstone landing and step-off from our covered patio, completely landscaped a considerably large bed area that had previously been left natural, and completely aerated and topdressed the entire lawn area. Needless to say, the final outcome looked incredible! My wife and I could not have been more pleased. Every day they left the site as clean as when they arrived. My original landscape was installed by Schultz and Co. landscape ten years ago and we continue to get compliments to how well our yard looks as it has held up great over that time. This is also the result of how well the maintenance crews continue to maintain my entire landscape. I would highly recommend Schultz and Co. Landscape for any landscaping needs.

They're very professional. They haven't changed their rate in years. When they come, there's a lot of them. There's four or five people. They get the whole job done fairly quickly. They take care of the shrubs, they trim what needs to be trimmed, and they fertilize what needs to be fertilized.

The first part of the project went very well. The design was extensive, and we liked it. Only later did we realize that some plants had been planted in areas where they were not well-adapted and would not do well. We wound up replacing quite a few items ourselves. Also, the men planted large shrubs/small trees too close to the pool, so flowering planting in front of them was overly shaded and doomed. We are still struggling with this. The design work was very nice and overall has worked well. The execution has left something to be desired. We do not think we should have had to replace as many plants as we did because the arrangement was not planned with the future in mind. In subsequent projects, we would call, they would promise to come out and give estimates, then we wouldn't hear from them. They do this frequently, apparently. A friend had the same problem: Mr. Schultz came out to look, said he'd get back to her with a plan, and she never heard from him again. Unfortunately, we have had to switch to another company for some future work.

The guy who came out was great and efficient. It took them about two weeks to come out after I made the initial call. I thought it was slow, but it was a busy time of the year. He gave me an estimate, but I thought it was too high. I would consider using them in the future if I could get a better price from them.

They have not been outstanding but they have done a pretty good job. Their pricing is average and on par with everyone else.

Elizabeth came out on July 9 to meet with me and suggest plantings that would be deer and drought resistant. She sent me an estimate via email as well as snail mail. We modified the bid and set the date for Monday, July 28 for my schedule. They arrived earlier than expected (a good thing!) and were finished in approx two hours. Cleaned up all their materials, watered the new plantings and left. Schultz and Co. has done some other work for us and it's always of the highest quality.

I called Schultz and Co. Landscapes in order to set up an appointment for an estimate on some sprinkler work. The person answering the phone took my information - name, phone number and address - and told me someone would call me back. No one ever did. Guess they don't need any business.

They were good. They seemed to know what they were doing more than another sprinkler company that I have used.
