+ -1 moreI met Earl twice-once for the quote to do the deck and when he was paid. Communication was via his partner/girlfriend. He built the deck when I was not at home and was finishing up staining the deck when I arrived to pay him. He still had 8-10 screws next to the patio door to finish. He verbally agreed to install a grab bar and ramp(6 screws total) when he came back to put in the 8-10 screws on the deck after the stain dried and the ramp I had ordered arrived. He never came back. Also when it rains the water drains towards the house. While the deck looks nice--Earl never coming back to finish and the water draining towards the house leaves me regretting the whole project. It took 2 more weeks to get the ramp installed by someone else so mother could get from the deck to the back yard.
Description of Work: Needed a deck to patio door so my mother who just got out of rehab could get outside by just using her walker.

+ 0 moreThey were going to start on a Monday but the rain forced them to start Tue. They were done by the following Tuesday.
Description of Work: I had seen their deck at the rodeo in San Antonio Texas in Feb 2012. Instantly I knew that their deck was what I wanted ;even though my kitchen is in bad shape I used the money for tbe deck. i have been able to store kitchen stuff on the deck and I can enjoy the dogs and grill outside so I now have the best of both worlds...Sherri works with you on colors and suggests the most flattering shades, for example, she suggested my cedar be stained with 'mission brown''! Earl works quickly and is great with offering suggestions or letting you know if your intended plans should be reconsidered, for example, I was going to have an old swing attached to my arbor, but Earl let me know that my swing was too run down to be viable for my deck. i decided to have a swing added later instead. If you are in the market for a new deck, you wont be let down if you use San Antonio Pro Decks, they will come to you highly recommended.
