Arrived within 15 mins of expected (which I think is fine). Set up and delivery was efficient and required nothing from me. They were very cognizant of my rugs, furniture, etc. They cleaned up well after themselves. Gave me paperwork for the CPS rebate and an extra copy of the receipt to send in when they were ready to go. A very good experience from my standpoint. I would recommend them. 3.23.14 - This is a review on additional work. After the initial work outlined above I needed to replace a second turbine. This part went smoothly and was a good experience. Forrest had the turbine replaced while I was at work and I paid them later. This was around the end of January. Unfortunately, once we had wind and I was home in the daylight I noticed that the turbine did not spin. (This had happened with the first one they replaced as well). I have called Forrest at least 6 times since then and been assured that he would send someone by to check/fix it. This has not happened. I still do not have a working turbine, which I paid for almost 2 months ago. The thing that has bothered me the most is the assurances that someone could "come by today" or "on the way home" and that I would get a call back when someone had come by. Just like everyone, I am busy and I would like to take care of things efficiently. Having to continue to call for them to come fix something that I have already paid for has just been too much. I don't understand, it took about 15 mins for Forrest to fix the first one they installed. I did have to call twice to get that one fixed. Perhaps I should have seen the writing on the wall before I called again. Nice people, bad service if you have a small job.

Date and cost are guesses, it was a long time ago. Rep was friendly and on time, but really didn't do any actual instrumented measurements to determine air leaks or drafts, just looked at insulation in the attic, door seals and areas I described as potential problems. Granted, he got there while I had another repairman working, but I expected more scientific method to find air and water leak sources. He guessed at the source of some of the rain leaks. Offered to sell me new door seals, but I had seals on hand, which the rep didn't recognize (had a thinner seal for the hinge side and a thicker seal that goes on the handle side and top). He did changed out some of those for me. He promised to get some estimates for identified problem areas, but never heard from them again and, based on the cursory, "eyeball only" inspection, I didn't bother calling them back.

Forrest Elliot, the owner, came out and looked at my problem. He gave me recommendations and a reasonable estimate and set the day for his team to come and complete the work. He and his team showed up on time. They completed the task quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly and respectful.

Although a bit of the 90 degree angles were fixed with the duct layout, I didn't see a real difference in cooling after service was performed.

The guys were very professional and efficient. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided, and I will definitely recommend them to others.

you could see daylight around a few of our doors. the installers removed the current seals and added new around all the doors. All the doors look perfect now. Both the installers were very nice to work with. I would use them again if needed.

All went well. The guys were very thorough and took extra time to adjust guide plates for two doors so they closed correctly.

It was a long time ago (a couple years). I remember that we rescheduled a couple times and after they left I had this thought... Really?

I had an appointment with them at 10am. At 10:30 Icalled Forrest and left a message to find out if they were going to show up. He returned my call and informed me that they were running late due to the previous job. That is understandable, but I would think that a phone call to let me know they would be late would have been appropriate. The crew showed up around 11:15 and began working right away. Forrest showed up a little later and joined in to help his crew. The attic fan went in smoothly and operates as it should. The heat barrier that was installed on my garage seemed inadequate at first. It looks like the foil/bubble filled material that is used in many vehicle sun shades. Forrest told me that the product works great and if I had any concerns after a few days, he would come back. The heat barrier works great! I noticed a 15 degree temperature difference between the outside of the garage door and the inside. With these hot days and the fact that my garage faces west, the garage door got really hot. The garage does not get as hot as it used to.

We used their feedback, to do what we needed to do in the attic for insulation. However, their price was higher than another company that we used. It was worth that big deal to get an idea of what we needed to do. I would use them again.

They were very good, but not sure it was the solution we were looking for as it is still hot in the attic. We were hoping it would be more efficient than it is. They were very good, and they explained the whole process.

I had purchased a big deal for the services and he was wonderful. He looked over, and took pictures of my insulation and then checked it all out and talked it through with me. He just was a nice man, and I trusted him. He gave me a price for adding some insulation, and I didn't have money, and he said that the money would hold, and if I came up with the money in 2 months, I would get a rebate from the electric company, and he was going to email me more information to confirm that he had told me that.

I was notified that they had come and had filled the attic with insulation and had used X many bags, so everything would be great. When I started to look around, I noticed that one of the six vents they installed was in my garage - not giving anyone access to anything, since there is no attic in the garage. I pulled off one board of the top wall to look into the attic and see. That area had hardly any insulation at all. I could see insulation where they blew it in, but there was none one the garage side of the house. I called the company, and they said they would rectify that. They came over while I was home, and went in to the attic through the wall that I looked in. One of the services they offered was a CPS Energy rebate, which they handled and I received through CPS. About a year later, I had the CPS Energy Audit come over to audit my energy. The two auditors told me I didn't have enough insulation in several places in my house. They showed me how to use a laser thermometer to see the temperature of the ceiling, and what it should be. I called Forest and told him this. He told me they would take care of it once they got a new longer and more powerful hose. I didn't hear back from months. I kept on them, and finally they came over and added more insulation. Since the vents are not something I can remove, I asked for pictures to show me the insides of the attic and to see the insulation. Forest agreed. I waited for the pictures, and they never came. I e-mailed and called several times with no response at all. When I finally reached him, I was told that they did have the pictures, but deleted them. He told me someone would come out again and take more pictures and e-mail them to me. He even included a date and time. I have never received the pictures. Each time, it has been my that has instigated communication, when he bothered to answer at all. This has gone on for so long, and each time I have been frustrated and promised that it will be taken care of and that pictures will be sent. I have never received any. My house is still under insulated and the master bedroom is still the hottest room in the house. This company has never lived up to its status on Angie's List nor has it ever satisfied what they said they would do.

Forest was prompt and polite on the installation visit on 06/10/13. He installed the insulation, radiant heat barrier, and attic fan as we agreed. I also decided upon solar screens on four upstairs windows. Forest included this service as a separate line item on my bill for the $330. The total bill came to $2,537. On 06/10/13, I provided my MasterCard for the full amount. Forest said another person would be calling me shortly to install the solar windows. After several weeks, I heard nothing. So, I called Forest. I left several messages before he returned my call. He said things have been busy and the installer would be in contact. As this is summer, this sounded plausible. However, several more weeks went by and still no call. I left more messages for Forest. He eventually returned my call and repeated that the installer would be in contact. But, again, nothing. By the last week in July, I started leaving still more messages with Forest. He eventually connected with me on 08/01/13. I told him I'd like to put off the solar screens until next year and just get a credit on my MasterCard for $330. He agreed. I offered to give him my MasterCard number right there to expedite the process. But, no, he said he'd call be later in the day for it. By 08/06/13, he had not called me. Therefore, I left another message. This time, I told him I have initiated a dispute with my MasterCard provider about this. As of this writing, 08/07/13, I have not heard from Forest. The insulation installation was very good and prompt. However, the solar screen experience is very disconcerting. What I learned from this is never allow someone to charge your card for services yet to be performed - you're only asking for trouble.

The technician replaced seals in two doors. The cost for this service was not worth it. My house, at the time of service, was only 6 years old. The seals did not need to be replaced; however, I had already paid for the service. I wish the technician would have just charged $47.50, half the price, but he did not. I recommend that this company be more forthcoming in their assessment and the prices they charge for their services.

They are honest and reliable and did quality work at a reasonable price. I would use them again.

He wanted to sign me up for an expensive service but I couldn't afford it. He was mainly selling the radiant barrier because I had brand new double pane windows and new doors and so what it really was that he was supposed to give me a way to save my energy bill but he was trying to sell me a radiant barrier. The price for the energy audit was good but the fan was pricey. The quality was good, he was pretty quick.

Great experience. Forrest responded promptly to our inquiry and gave us some options when he came out to give us an estimate. Alot of damage had been done to the A/C ducts, and we couldn't afford to replace them all, so Forrest came up with an option that would work for us. He and his crew arrived right on time, and did a great job. Some of the rooms in our home were under renovation, and Forrest offered to come back out after we get to live in them a little more if the temperature needs adjusting in any of those rooms. On top of his professionalism, I was very impressed with him as a person. I was not feeling well when he and his crew left, and he called later in the evening to make sure I was okay. That's just a good person -- and the kind of person with whom I want to do business.

It has not gone well. I have been working with this vendor for a year now and I have been waiting to see if he is going to fix it before I gave him a negative review, but so far, that has not happened. They did not charge more than the big deal. They were supposed to insulate the windows and the doors and realign the doors. I did not need insulation on the doors and windows. I thought it was for putting the film on the windows to protect them. The guy explained that was not what this was for. I had requested that since they did not need to do the insulation if they could do the front door, which would require taking the front door off fixing the seal and putting the door back on. He said that he would inquire with his boss and tried telling me that this was such a good deal, I should not complain. I told him that this was not how this works. I said that he had not finished everything that he said he would do, so we need to figure out something that you can do. He went back to his boss, after several weeks his boss finally said that they could not do the windows. What they could do is the door, the guy comes back, did not have the right tools and did not have the description of what he was supposed to do and then said that they were going to have to get a door specialist to do this. The owner calls me back and says that he is going to have to contract a door specialist to do it. He never did anything, I called back, he said he was sorry, we forgot about and we will do it. He said he would call the door company again, nothing happened, so I called back again and he said he would call again, nothing has happened. Basically, the company pacifies me with saying that they will do it and then does not do it. The job on the doors they did is fine. What they did do was fine. It is what the did not do. I thought they did a reasonable job on what they did. The first appointment was fine. I would not use them again.

I’m reasonably satisfied with the service that they provided me. They had one plug that showed up and they came out to fix it. So that was pretty good.

I contacted them and they were able to come out for an estimate within 72 hours. They arrived for the work at the agreed upon time. The work was performed quickly and they cleanup up after themselves.
