I liked that he was on time, did his best to fix the doors for what problems I was having. My dislike is that my door leading into the garage was having trouble locking. He fixed it but it is not working again.

Took months to have solar fans place. Had to call to remind of service not done. Didn't have right equipment. The. Hole cut in the attic was jagged and not big enough. Didn't get energy rebate application.

The rebates from CPS made it more than worthwhile. Hopefully I won't need any more insulation but I would definitely recommend them to others.

Everything was outstanding. They had to come back a second day to repair a couple of leaks, but the owner kept me informed of any delays he had in coming back out.

The added insulation to my attic. There where 2 guys that showed up on the day of the installation. The installed the insulation in my attic. There was 1760 square feet that had insulation installed into it. I was pleased with the work.

The doors still leak air badly and it's hard to close the kitchen door.

They did a lousy job and they refunded half of the cost. Would never use them again.

we were hoping it would help cool the addition area of our old home but didn't really get the results we were hoping for. we likely need to insulate the floor next.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They showed up on time and they were very punctual. The price was good. The problem was that my front door needed a different kind of seal so they charged me an additional $39.99 for that. They didn't have any in stock so they were supposed to call me and they didn't. I called them last week and they said they had a bunch of them setting around and they didn't know where they went. They made an appointment to come out on Monday between 2-3 and the son came out at 3:20. He put it in and it is working fine.

Since they could not completely do one of the doors, they finished another window for us. We are happy with their service and gladly recommend their service to others.

Felt he should have caulked more windows since he could not strip doors

Instead of getting winterized, I feel I got fleeced! -----Really ----what is the Standard of Standard doors ----houses range in age and there is NO standard door ------I felt this was a rip off------Angie, I expect better ----this was a lead in for a solicitation to sell more!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out okay, it was not as smoothly. They had to come out twice because they did not seal one of the doors. They came so late in the day that by the time they came I had to leave to go pick up my grandkids and I was not here while they were finishing up. If I would have been here I would have asked them to do all four doors that were within the deal. They did three of them and they just decided that the fourth one did not need to be resealed. The door looked okay, but the door is about 12 years old and so I kind of wanted it resealed anyway even though it looked good. They came back and sealed it for me. They did not charge me anything more than the big deal purchase. Regarding responsiveness, I would give them a "B" because to begin with like when I was trying to schedule I had to call them several times to get somebody to call me back. Regarding punctuality, they were really late however they did call and tell me that they were going to be late as they got stuck at the previous call. They were very professional.

Most of the work went extremely well and I'm pleased with what was done. All of the work was not done however and it pains me not to be able to give "straight A's" across the board. The coupon that purchased included the installation of an attic hood - I purchased two. Although the duct cleaning and other inspection went well they provider didn't have the hoods with him and agreed to bring them back in a few days. It's been 7 months and I've never heard from them again. I'm guessing / hoping that not providing what I paid for was a simple oversight but the review can only be written with the fact that a service was purchased and not received. I've stated that I would use this provider again only because there isn't a "not sure" category.

Trevor and Chris arrived and greeted me professionally. After briefly discussing what would be done, Chris began the caulking on each exterior window. Trevor came inside to the back door to begin work there. He was careful to ensure that no light or air would seep in through the doorway. He then moved to the front door and replaced the seal at bottom of door and added some seals above the door. I was very happy with the work done and the nice, professional attitudes of both Trevor and Chris.

Forrest came to the house on time to give me an estimate. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the job with in the time he said they would. They blew in insulation and repaired leaking duct work. Cleaned up any mess they made. I would highly recommend Rhino Energy Solutions

I am terrible with names, so sorry about that. I called them a week prior about the AL deal, $223 for air duct sealing and more, because I had questions and I wanted a quote on insulation first since I already knew I was in dire need of that. He told me he would come out to look at them first before I bought the deal to make sure I even needed the sealing. He was out there the next day and checked all my ducts and my a/c. He said they were in good condition and didn't need much work, but yes, I needed insultaion on a major level (I only had 6 inches of R-13). He said they would just fix whatever needed to be fixed when they were adding the insulation and there was no need to waste my money on the deal if it didn't need it. So , we scheduled the visit for a few days later. Two different guys came out. They were 20 mins late, which was really no big deal to me as they did call to let me know. Plus, they finished ahead of schedule regardless, so that was a bonus. The guys that came out were curtious, professional and efficient. They did the work, checked inside the house to make sure there was no mess in the a/c closet, cleaned up after themselves and even hauled off some insulation that was left in my garage by previous house owners. They were awesome. When they gave me my bill, it was the $904 we had discussed. But, I had found a 10% off coupon on AL the day before so I asked if I could use it, even though it was after the fact. The guy made a call to his boss and they let me use the coupon. Saved me $90. They also filled out all the paperwork for the CPS rebate for me and all I had to do was put my account number and send it in. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Rhino Energy and will definitely be calling them again should I need anything else in this category.

He told me that he knew of someone in my area who did work on mobile homes and asked if I wanted the name. He also said that he would ask you to refund my money. I replied that YES! I wanted the name. About a week later, he emailed that he would look for the name and get back with me. Still no name and still no refund!

I appreciated that they called before they showed up. They did an outstanding job in assessing what needed to be done and in making sure that I was not getting anything more than needed. Although an inspection of the attic revealed the need for insulation, I never felt a sales pressure. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, they left everything neat and clean. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. As a matter of fact, my neighbor is probably going to have her doors weatherized as a result of my recommendation.

Very well. Tech called and asked if he could come earlier, which was no problem at all and explained everything he was doing.

It worked out excellently. I'd hired them for just the attic fans, but then we discussed on the phone that I needed to address another issue so they came out, gave me a proposal, I agreed and the work was done. They did a good job and were very professional. They had to crawl into such a tiny area. I don't know how they did it. There was nothing I can say that was bad.

This was an excellent deal. They put more blown in insulation up in my attic. I give them an A. They were very thorough with everything they did.

Went well- should up on time, did qualty work and used good materials. It is a little unerving having someone cut a 12"x12" square in your roof. Did a good job and so far has held up well and waterproof.

It was a couple of guys from the company and they came out and checked the door and window seals as well as the insulation in the attic and told me where to save some energy. They were friendly and on-time but it wasn't anything major.

The gentlemen that showed up for prompt and very professional. They worked in tandem to knock out the appointment very quickly. They explained potential opportunities for additional energy savings in great detail and really took the time to make sure we understood.
