The guys at Reliable did an awesome job. Each guy worked hard and took the time to make sure what they were taking was supposed to go. Also, they worked efficiently so it didn't take them forever to pack up our house and then unload at our new house, we appreciated that since they charge by the hour. This was the 1st time we ever used movers so we were a little worried that they might break something or not handle our belongings with care, but they did a great job. We will definitely be recommending Reliable to our friends and family!

The gentlemen showed up on time, but one of the workers was an office worker and not a regular mover. He said that he had been pressed into service for someone who did not come. It quickly became apparent that they needed more than 2 workers, so they eventually brought in a third. Despite this the move, which was expected to take half a day took all day. This resulted in a much higher cost than was anticipated. They had a great deal of trouble with our bed and it ended up getting dragged across part of the lawn, bed sheets and all. There was no permanent damage done, however. The gentlemen were all polite and seemed to want to do a good job. Unfortunately, they seemed to be overwhelmed. We never got to the storage facility because it was getting dark, and they looked like they were done in from the move, as was I from helping. I think there was no intention to decieve on their part, I think they just underestimated the amount of work involved.

These guys were absolutely great! I have hired them again for August 11th!

Mike and Richard were both extremely friendly and organized. Movers can make or break a move and they absolutely made it. They were right on time (even with the long commute), worked quickly, and were careful with my stuff. No task was too big or too small for those two.

I called Reliable Delivery & Moving because that had a good rating on Angie's List and they definitely deserve that rating! We moved from a 2nd story apartment to a one-story house, about 15 min away. The day of the move, it was raining and did not stop. At times, it was raining really heavily. Just our luck! But despite the rain, the 2 movers were great about hustling, as best they good, and took every precaution to keep our stuff from getting wet. The 2 movers were friendly and professional. They even asked politely whenever they needed to use the restroom and didn't leave a mess behind. (I've had other movers and contractors leave a mess before, which is why I mention it.) Once we got to the house and it was time to unload, they took precautions again, placing down the heavy-duty blankets, to protect our carpet and floors. They always asked where we wanted boxes and furniture placed and did so, just as directed. I booked the movers last minute and was worried I end up with a less than reputable company but I am SO glad for Angie's List and for calling Reliable Moving. Very happy they were able to meet my last minute moving needs! I am also pleased that they didn't take a week or longer to process my debit card payment. The move was on a Saturday and the folks in their office ran my card on Monday. Delayed payment processing is a pet peeve in this day and age, so they deserve kudos for prompt processing, as well!

Very helpful, personable people from the scheduler to the movers. They moved my ridiculously heavy vending machine with no damage to people or property, and with great attitudes. Truly a pleasure.

I bought the furniture over the weekend.  It was the floor model so the furniture store didn't have a delivery service.  I found a couple of moving companies off Angie's List to call on Monday morning.  Reliable was prompt in answering the call and giving me a quote. They were flexible on the date and had Tues or Wed available to me.  I took Tues (this would be the day following my call).  Randy told me he would call back around 3pm with the schedule, but they would target the morning.  I called the store and found out that they wouldn't have staff to move the furniture to the back until 11am.  I called back to let them know this limitation.  When Randy called me back at 3pm as promised, he said they would send a driver out to the store at 11.  When I arrived, the drivers were already there and inspecting the furniture.  They actually found a couple of small defect that I hadn't seen.  They were courteous, professional, and friendly.  They were careful in loading my furniture, covering each piece with the furniture blankets.  Upon arriving to my house, one couch in my living room had to be moved which they did.  They setup all of my furniture as I asked, and even made a couple of adjustments.  This company and the young men delivering my furniture exceeded my expectations!!

They were very prompt and the pricing was exceptionally good. They went above and beyond insuring our very heavy furniture was rapped to prevent juggling or twisting out of place, as well as preventing anything from getting dirty and for no extra cost. They were extremely careful in not damaging any walls or surfaces. They did everything I asked in an efficient courteous manner.

They were on time and extremely polite and responsive. Everything took about 20 minutes. The charge, I felt, was a little high, but Randy explained that was their minimum charge. I didn't buy a deal from Angie's List, but found them in the little book. The first company bailed on me so this was a pleasant surprise. What was funny was that last night I was watching 'Flip this House" on BIO which was filmed in San Antonio. Who should the Montalongo family be using but Reliable Delivery and Moving. A good company, happy with the transaction.

The two gentlemen (Camilo and unfortunately forgot the other man's name)  were extremely professional and very fast with their service.  Of all days, it started raining.... hard.   The guys, quickly called into their office and advised me that they were going to take their lunchbreak since they weren't able to stop the clock (i was paying by the hour).   Their quick thinking saved me money and I am grateful for that.   I felt very overwhelmed with the move and when they showed up they quickly accessed how they were going to move everything and managed to get everything going and on the truck in a matter of a couple of hours.  I was very impressed with their service and attention to detail and will highly recommend them to friends, family and being a Realtor; my moving clients as well.  Give these guys a raise, they were awesome!!

The movers were here right on time and charged the price of $125 that we were quoted.  They were careful not to scratch any furniture or the refrigerators while they were moving.  It was worth the money not to have to move the refrigerators ourselves, and we would use them again if we need anything else moved.

They were great.  And the guys  names were Steve and Joel.  They were wonderful and good and it rained, it was horrible.  These two guys were wonderful and moved stuff that had cob webs, they were wonderful guys.  I am going to personally ask for them the next time I have to move anything. I had heavy stuff, my father in law was a carpenter and built these really heavy bookcases that I was trying to save.  It was the worst move anybody ever had.  The one glorious bright spot was Steve and Joel.

Randy did call and expressed concern regarding the nightstand. I thought
this was VERY COMMENDABLE. In today's society you just don't see
companies admitting mistakes and trying to make amends. I am impressed
with the response I received. That says a lot about the integrity of a
company.  As a result I am changing the professionalism category to a
much deserved "A". Thank you Randy!

The move should have been simple and quick, but due to an issues with the business I had my machine located at the guys had to wait around a bit longer than expected for maintenance people at the location to remove a door to get my machine out of the business. The owner of Reliable Mover's was very understanding and only charged me a reasonable amount more for the delay. The guys were on time and very professional.  I would highly recommend their service to anyone that needs to book a last minute delivery or move.

Overall I am very pleased with the Reliable Crew.  I had scheduled for 4 guys and 2 trucks.  5 guys and 2 trucks showed up ( I think one of the guys may have just started).  They were prompt - very pleasant and professional !  All the guys got right to work - no wasted time !  They worked quickly but carefully - which was on the top of my list of DO's - since they charge by the hour.   Everything arrived at my new home intact with no breaks and very few scratches.  I had a container storage unit in the driveway at the new place that was loaded with most of the boxes and miscellaneous outdoor furniture etc. In my fury to get things unpacked - I had unloaded quite a bit from the container the night prior to the move - only to find out the next day that was a REALLY bad idea.  I had boxes stacked in the garage -which took up half of a 2 car garage.  (YEA - way too much JUNK !).  Unfortunately, the new place is much smaller so ended up having to store alot of furniture in the garage - that required more space.  The guys didn't flinch - but got right to work putting the boxes back into the storage container and proceeded to fill up the garage with un-needed furniture.  The guys were great about moving my appliances - refrigerator, washer and dryer - they disconnected and reconnected at the new place.  They also took down and set up all the beds I needed.  The one glitch at the end of the day was when I started to make up my master bed.  Granted - who ever designed the bolt and nut set on my bed needs to be "shot on the spot" - however the guy who put the bed up failed to let me know that he had only installed 3 of the 8 bolts - consequently - bed fell apart instantly !!!  RRR !!!  I didn't find the missing nuts until 2 days later when re-organizing and unpacking the garage - the baggy of parts was laying on an extra couch.  (which was also AFTER I had gone to Home Depot and puchased new ones).  In all fairness - I struggled in getting the bed back together myself  and I'm sure the guy who was making an attempt (after a long day of lots of moving) had done as well.  HOWEVER - would have been nice to know BEFORE the bed hit the floor.  That all being said - I'm still very pleased with the service and professionalism and will hire them if I ever move again (when pigs fly !!!). 

Excellent! My move was a rather small one, and I was really just seeking a little muscle. After calling a few different movers, I learned that I would likely be paying more than I liked for what was otherwise a not too difficult job. Well, these guys pleasantly surprised me. Not only is their hourly rate ($85) cheaper than most as well as their initial fee for gas ($40), they don't waste any time either.
I was immediately impressed when I met Kenny and Kenny (that's right). They politely introduced themselves and told me tips were totally optional and not at all required. Never again did they pander for any sort of tip, which has been a very big frustration of mine with other movers. While there is a 2hr minimum, they did not waste any time at all trying to stretch the job. On the contrary, they worked diligently and actually finished in about 75 minutes.
When it came time to pay, they politely prepared the statement, which was exactly as expected. They appeared very gracious even before I handed them the $30 (15x2) extra that I had planned to tip them all along. This really left a good taste in my mouth, as I've had other movers stretch the time, eagerly take stuff off my hands, and, on top of it all, actually ask for a bigger tip!!!
In summary, I just wanted to clarify that I will definitely call these guys again. I've used moving services 4-5 times in the past, and I've NEVER gone back to the same company. They weren't all bad, but they also didn't impress me enough to save their contact info. As long as these guys work in my area, they're my movers.

When it came time to pay the bill, I was very pleasantly surprised.  In El Paso, $75 per hour for two guys means $75 per hour x 2 guys x number of hours.  Apparently here, $85 an hour for two guys means $85 per hour x number of hours.  The 15 mile move from Boerne to San Antonio was half the cost of the 5 mile move from my house to the apartment in El Paso!  Even with a $40 fuel surcharge!

I would use Reliable Moving again in a heartbeat, and I called Randy to commend Jerry and Jesus on the fine work that they did. They're great guys.  I strongly recommend them to any and all who will listen.

Overall a horrible experience. I had to have the furniture company send an employee to fix the amour.
