These folks provide wonderful service. Simply, I have nothing negative to say. The work performed is outstanding. They boxed the contents of the cabinets, cleaned what was necessary, removed the damaged cabinets and sheetrock, and set up drying equipment. They moved all the kitchen furniture with care, and returned the same to the same place. They vacuumed and cleaned as they went along and just did the job the right way. Corey is the name of my contact and it is a pleasure working with him and his crew.

Rodney was efficient, punctual and responsive to my needs. He notified me immediately after his inspection and explained things so I could understand. I have used Rainbow International previously and would not hesitate to use them again and to refer them to anybody!!

They do a fantastic job. I spent about $298 on that work. They did a great job. Their timeliness, the service, their cooperation and communication on the phone was good.

The Rainbow representative arrived right on time and was very professional in dress and demeanor. I was impressed that they sent out one of the owners of the company. Our carpets were heavily soiled by pet stains and he took the time to make sure that they were removed (including the smell) completely. He even told me how to clean the stains myself using my own cleaners. There was no pressure to buy any products or set up a follow up appointment. I would definitely use them again.

Rainbow's primary work is carpet restoration from water, fire and smoke damage. They also do carpet cleaning. Even though their price is a little on the high-side, you will not be disappointed in the quality of their work and the honesty and candidness of true professionals. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you're happy.

I had been using another big company for quite awhile and their work became inferior and their price was too high. This man is reasonable and he has done the best job on my carpet. He just did a wonderful job. He is so nice to have around.

We've used this service for years. They've changed ownership recently and aren't quite as thorough as they used to be. The last time we noticed that they didn't pull out all the spots, though they did get most of them. They put Scotch Guard on and the carpets dry out in about three to four hours.
