Provider did an excellent job. We were having water penetration into garage ceiling through a balcony area. After performing an inspection, Patrick formulated his analysis and recommendations. He has an eye for detail and is very perceptive. He repaired and repainted the damaged area, and also repaired/sealed areas of potential moisture entry. He also did a great job painting the facade of our home. We found him to be very organized and attentive. We also asked about repair of a flooring issue that he does not normally deal with-- however, he was able to come up with some very excellent suggestions and recommendations on how the issue might be handled, which we found extremely helpful. How wonderful to finally find a provider that takes pride in professionalism and a job well done. We definitely plan to make use of his services again in the future.

Patrick was able to give a ballpark estimate over the phone for services based on price-per-square-foot and my initial estimate of the attic area, and then to calculate a more precise estimate when he came to survey the area and more accurately measure actual square footage. He offered quite a competitive rate for the installation. Patrick is very knowledgeable and experienced, and talking with him about the installation project was very educational. He performed a close pre-inspection of the area in order to insure a smooth installation. Patrick confirmed all appointments beforehand, and on the day of the installation arrived punctually and carried out the work himself along with his assistant worker. The installation went smoothly and efficiently, and afterwards we reviewed the results together. Everything was more than satisfactory. We couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!

This work was done for a house owned by my boss and his wife. When I called to schedule an estimate, the person I talked to was friendly and helpful. First, Patrick arrived on time for the estimate (he got there before I did) and explained that he would inspect the attic. About 30 minutes later, he gave me a detailed report on the state of the attic (some additions to the house did not have attic space), measurement of the attic space, how he would cover light fixtures and vents, and a recommendation for radiant barrier insulation on a wall in the attic. He also showed me several pictures he took to illustrate what he was talking about. My boss agreed to hire Patrick, and Patrick came two days later for the prep work and to complete the radiant barrier insulation. He started when he said he would, and he finished when he said he would. The following Monday, he returned, on time again, to complete the insulation. Again, he finished when he said he would. He also prepared their CPS rebate, and they were happy about that. My boss' wife also appreciated that he hauled down some stuff from the attic that they had forgotten. Patrick was punctual, thorough, and professional. I appreciated that he was straightforward in his analysis and recommendations. I recommend him highly.

Excellent!. I solicited several proposals from providers on Angie's list. Patrick promptly replied, set an appointment, showed up for the appointment, provided a proposal, responded to questions, set the work schedule, performed the work as agreed, and submitted the paperwork for the energy rebate. All of this took place within a matter of days. Patrick was responsive, prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the scope of work and provided information (in a manner that a layman can understand) for me to make an informed decision about scope options. I love it when things go well. I wish all contractors worked like this. Would definitely use them again and refer others.

Patrick was on time, went above and beyond to properly prep my attic for the job and executed thoroughly and efficiently. The price was fair, and he also volunteered to submit rebate forms to CPS Energy on my behalf, which was nice.

I was called at 6:30 am, just as I was told, to let me know they were on their way. They arrived promptly at 7 am and began working. The job was complete and they were gone by 11 am. Patrick and Larry make a very efficient team. For the most part Larry worked on the ground and Patrick worked in the attic. I was told that both men noticed a faint gas smell in the area around my hot water heater. Time to find a plumber and new hot water heater. One more point, my somewhat crazy dog, Sparky, was very comfortable having the men in and out of the house. Prompt, courteous, clean, and good work. All in all a great experience.

Mr. Harrison and another employee arrived on time, actually a few minutes early. We had removed what few items we had stored up in our attic the night before so they were able to start working immediately. The work took several hours since we had two areas were the insulation was being added. After each area was compete, Mr. Harrison had us look to make sure we were happy with the amout of insulation and coverage. We are very happy with the entire process, the end result and Mr. Harrison. We have already recommend his services to several friends an family members.

Patrick Harrison with Quality did a first rate job. He is not the cheapest but his prices are fair and you get what you pay for. He installed Owens Corning insulation, covered attic holes and cleaned up after the job. I have other houses and he will be the only one I call.

Patrick and his team arrived on time and ready to work. In fact, they had done a lot of the work in advance to prepare for the job so that it went faster when they were on site. This included fabricating covers for all 26 of our recessed lights so that insulation did not fall down into them. They took similar care to make sure that all vent fans and pipes were properly set up for the insulation.
When I saw how they treated my home with the attention that they would give their own homes, I knew this was someone I could trust and recommend to others. They did things the right way and I did not have to keep an eye on them to make sure of that.
They completed the job on time and cleaned up afterward. The price was exactly what I was quoted up front. They filed my rebate application on my behalf and I was paid promptly.
