Billy Craft was very professional and explained what was needed for each side of my house. He took his time and determined which was the best way to drain the water away from the house. On the back of the house they needed to cut a hole in the wood deck and add a tube to drain the water out the end of the deck. A crew of 3 men was sent out and they followed Billy's plan to quickly install the gutters. They kept me informed of their progress and cleaned up the area before they left. They even nailed in some loose boards on my deck! I would highly recommend this team. With the Angie's List discount it was a great price for the workmanship.

Worked with Andrew at Prime Seamless. He was both responsive and punctual. He came out and measured the house to make sure we met the size requirements of the Big Deal offer, which we did, and set up a date/time for his team to be on site to install the gutters. His team arrived the morning of January 18th, on time and ready to go. They were done with their work by mid-day. They had to come back later in the week to make some slight adjustments to the downspouts on one side of the house, but that was done without us even having to be present. The work was precise and to our specifications. We are very happy with everything and would gladly recommend Prime Seamless to anyone looking for gutter installation.

The way it should. Beginning with the estimate and with completion of the installation they showed up when they said they would-did what they said they would do and how they would do it-they charged a fair and reasonable price. And they promptly responded to calls and emails. Billy Craft did the estimate. A pleasure to do business with him. He was courteous, professional and pleasant. In short, I rate them A + across the board .

Some miscommunication in the beginning, but they certainly made up for that with the quality of work and professionalism. I would without hesitation use them again, great service.

The field manager, Billy, thoroughly explained the installation process. He listened to us and answered our questions. He drew the plan for the gutters and down-spouts on a grid, and listed all of the details. Since we wanted leaf guard across the back side and part of one side of the house, he showed us samples of the type of guards that the company installs. The 2-person installation crew arrived on time. Once we had reviewed the details of the installation they started work promptly. They were very friendly and experienced. The whole process went very well. I would be happy to recommend this company.

My old gutters were original to my home (built in 1979) and were old and bent. I wanted to update it so I shopped around and found Prime Seamless. They seemed to be a very well reviewed company with a great reputation. Their estimate was about the same as the other companies that I received estimates from. The deciding factor was the down spouts Prime Seamless offered were the bigger 3x4 instead of the usual 2x3. Setting up a date for installation was very easy. On installation day the crew came and knocked it out in about 2 hours. They cleaned up the work site and left. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and have no problem recommending them to anyone in the market for new gutters. My only slight beef would be that they didn't do the Angie's List 10% discount. It was explained to me that something about the price of aluminum went up slightly but i was getting the old price so it was like I was getting a discount. Whatever, I'm not going to make a big deal about it. As I mentioned earlier I am very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work.

I am so pleased with the gutters work, done by this company. I met with Mr. Craft and we did a walk thru, and I pointed out my problem areas, when it rains. He gave me his recommendations and I scheduled a date to have the gutters installed. The crew arrived on-time and the whole process did not take long at all. The lead of the crew did a final walk thru with me and addressed any questions I had. Really a painless process. I would definitely recommend this company for gutter work.

EXCELLENT.... they showed up on time for every appointment, from giving me a bid, performing the service, and even returning to make an adjustment. It's kind of misleading. The Big Deal says it includes 100 foot of gutter, but that's not what they mean. They add in down spouts, drops, etc, to get past the $499 you pay for the Big Deal.

Andrew was familiar and knowledgeable with his product and did not try to upsell anything. His crew made quick work of the installation and did a very thorough cleanup afterwards. Price was fair and all employees seemed concerned with providing good customer service. Would recommend in the future. Only negative experience was with the call service when I initially tried scheduling an appointment. I wish it was an in-house operation. Once I spoke to Andrew directly, everything went smoothly and he and his employees were punctual.

The installation crews showed up on schedule and the work was done amazingly quick in my estimate for a new, full-home installation. During installation, the crew made some suggestions on layout that reduced the total number of downspouts I needed and improved the overall functionality of the system -- this was unexpected but very appreciated. The quality and stability of new gutters was better than expected and certainly adds to the value of my home as well as a nice color "accent" to the roof line areas. After the work was finished, the crew foreman walked me around the home, pointed out the new gutter features, ensured I understood drainage points, and made suggestions on additional measures I could take to prevention erosion at the drain outlets where applicable. Overall the entire process from quote to finish was effortless for me and the cost was minimal compared to other home improvements I've had done in the past. The warranty on the hardware and work is as good as should be needed, and I'm confident the Vendor will be available for years to come if followup service is desired. Thanks.

After the gutters were installed, but before the crew left, there were 2 minor issues we had. When we advised the crew of these issues they went to work immediately to correct them and had very positive personalities. The Crew did not leave until I was 100% happy with the product, which I was. It rained a day later. Fast forward to today, almost 2 months later, and I am still 100% happy with my gutters. Prime offered me a great product at a market price (they did not try to get rich on one job). I am very pleased with the company, the product and their service. DW

They were great! Installed gutters that matched the exterior of the house. They were quick and the cost was very reasonable.

Billy came out and gave me an estimate for the aforementioned amount. He was very professional. I accepted the estimate and a worker came out on 9 June and did the repairs.

The Owner (Andrew) came to measure my house and 300' included in the Angie's List deal would have covered the cost, but that did not include the downspouts and elbows, which exceeded the 300' included in the deal. The final cost was $143 more. The date was set for the install, but we had a very rainy April and May which pushed the install back, no big deal. The workers showed up on time and the gutters and downspouts were installed, but the Leaf Guard (Included in the deal) was not. I have a tall two story house so it took me a month to get may ladder out and check to ensure the Leaf Guard was in place, and it was not. I have e-mailed the company and I am waiting a reply. I may have been a simple oversight, I will update the review once I know the outcome. As of today, I cannot recommend this company. I did get lower bids, but they did not include the Leaf Guard. I spoke with Andrew and he assured me the missing leaf guard was an oversight and scheduled the installation. The guys came out within a few days from contact and installed the leaf guard. Overall the job was completed quickly and the installers were polite and quick.

The crew arrived as planned and did a fantastic job. Perfect color match and the gutters look great. I was very impressed with the crew. Very professional and polite. Would hire them again without hesitation. Best service I've had from a contractor in years.

The gutters were installed and I was happy with the way they looked. I noticed a leak in a seam when we had the first rain after they were installed. I called them and they came out the next day to fix it.

The provider did an awesome job. They came out took the measurements. Made the installation appointment and followed through as agreed. Discussed the warranty and how to have follow up appointments as needed.

Do to the rain it was put off for several weeks but they stayed in contact with me the hole time to keep me informed. Great company!

I purchased the special they advertised on Angie's List. They contacted me within 2 days of purchase & made an appointment to come out for measurements on April 30. I explained to them that I needed HOA approval prior to install and that would take 1-2 weeks for feedback. They gave me a install date of May 28. On May 28 they called to tell me that they were still playing catch up on other jobs ahead of me due to rain delay & that they would do the install on May 29 somewhere between 8 Am & 1200 noon. The installers were on the job before 10Am. Two man crew who worked very quickly & efficiently. Very polite, professional & cleaned up after themselves.

it clearly states that it includes leafguard. Provider (Andrew) installed it without leafguard. At the time of giving estimate, provider came- mentioned that the deal is for 300 feet. Areas where I wanted to install is exactly 300 ft and its weird to him, how it came exactly 300 ft. Then he said, in backyard, its almost 3 story, that will cost me about 100 to 150 $ extra. I said, if you can waive that, I ll be sure to write good reviews if I get good service. He said, thats fine, I ll waive that for you. On 11th they install gutters WITHOUT leaf guard! When my wife who was at home at the time of installation asked workers, they mentioned- my boss talked to your husband. Which is clearly a lie. I called Andrew, who doesnt even recall our discussion and is making up things- saying that he mentioned to me that rain gutter required is longer that provided in deal which is why he confirmed with me about not installing leaf guard. (Another lie). I need my money back. Bad experience. I spent enough time discussing with Andrew, he would not agree to the facts. Now knowing that he is confronted, even if he agrees to install leaf guard, he will screw up something and cause damage to my house. I dont want him to come and install leaf guard anymore even if he wants to. Please refund my money.
