Very professional job. Came on time and had all the necessary parts to do the job. Technician was very polite and a pleasure to do business with.

It turned out fine. I had a little trouble with it at first, but it turned out fine. We did not pay anything extra.

Mr. Gonzales was great! He listened to me and then he evaluated the door, made suggestions and corrections. I would never go anywhere else for garage door services.

Had another company "tune up" my garage door and it started acting odd (reversing over and over from time to time). Joel from Premium found that the previous company had installed the garage door opener incorrectly which was putting excessive stress on the door and had loosened a door strut to the opener. He lowered the GDO drive to the door and replaced the strut. He then reprogrammed the GDO for proper down force. Haven't had a bit of trouble since! I also asked if he could replace the rubber weather strip at the bottom and he returned the next day with the proper installation kit for my door and took less the 30 minutes to replace and test. Excellent work! The cost of the weather strip and installation was only about $80.00

Joel was very prompt in scheduling the appointment and and arriving. I watched him work and he was very efficient and my garage door works again!

Provider called and said he'd be about 2-3 hours late for our afternoon appt, then when he was nearly 4 hours late, I called him. At first he sounded surprised when I called, as though he forgot about it entirely, and then he said, "I'm close by." I said, "Don't bother, it is now too late, we'll have to reschedule." Well I went to get ready for our dinner plans and they guy shows up anyway! My husband felt obligated (because he is a nice guy) to stay and let the provider work, but believe me he wasn't happy about it. I went out to meet our friends for dinner, and when my husband showed up later he said that the provider said he didn't know why we called, the door was fine and there wasn't much he could do about it. First, that was not true. The door was no longer hanging correctly after a stray dog we rescued ripped it apart from the inside (including the wiring) - you could see daylight coming from where it was not hanging right...it was not better after the guy left. Also, there were a few other things I wanted done (like replacing the chewed wiring and sensors), which I was aware would cost more. However, since he was extremely late, did not listen, and was pretty unmotivated my husband chose not to have him do those things, and just did them himself. So, not only is the company getting a bad review, this worker lost them extra money on a promotional call. I do not recommend the company at all.

Arrived as scheduled at appointed time - lubricated all rollers and motor and checked for any possible upcoming problems.

The gentleman checked all the components of the door, tuned it up, and added some grease/oil to the parts to keep them lubricated. He got out all the extra dried paint in the cracks so that the door would move more smoothly. In essence, he did everything the voucher said.

They were here within an hour of call. Opened garage in 2 minutes and even reset a spare remote that I thought was broken. The charge was reasonable due to the urgency and their immediate response. Repair man was very pleasant and kind. So glad I found them!!

It went excellent. I am a landlord and I like to ensure that my rental property is taken cared of. The service was for my rental property. The tenant called me this morning to explain how it went. She stated that he was very professional, lubed everything and even gave her advice on something to keep an eye on. He even took the initiative and asked if there were any other issues with the garage and then helped her to understand the reason. This person has been my tenant for over 3 years and she said that the garage is operating smoothly...I believe for the first time...and is not make any noise what so ever as it opens and closes. I will definite use this company and individual again.

Joel, was on-time, professional, courteous, and a skilled technician. He examined the doors condition and recommended in addition to tune-up that the worn out metal rollers be replaced with nylon rollers. After I agreed he quickly went to work and the door went from a 60 decibel screeching sound when opening or closing to a 10 decibel smooth open and close. He also reprogrammed the exterior control panel. He explained what I need to use to lubricate the rollers in the future. Without a doubt OUTSTANDING service.

They were prompt and efficient in fixing the door, maintained a tidy work area, and kept me updated on what was being done. I never knew the door could be so quiet!

Great customer service! Joel was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and identified a problem with two (2) rollers on my garage upon servicing it for a garage door tune-up. He had the material on hand and executed the fix immediately. Prices were extremely reasonable for the replacement of the two (2) rollers. Highly recommend and will definitely hire them again!

This company was unwilling and/or unable to help me in my emergency situation. They shouldn't advertise to call them for emergencies if they have only one technician. I will not ever be using them again for any of my garage door needs.

I think they just came out and did some repair work. It was probably minor stuff. It has been over a year. Its been a while. I think he replaced some string. He was in and out. It cost about four hundred dollars. He replaced the garage door string and all the rollers that allow the garage door to go up and down. He came in and was in and out within twenty minutes. I walked in and out of the house and he was finished. He was there within the hour of me calling him. He was punctual, he did the job quickly and it came to what he quoted me. He did good work.

They did a good job. They even came out to do the work on one of our bad-weather days when it was raining.

Great, did an excellent job. Fast courteous and professional. Was able to replace the old springs and install.
