Description of Work: NOT RELIABLE OR COMPETENT. Bathroom Leak, Tile in entire shower and floor.Painted bath,dressing area and cabinets. Bedroom-replaced floor and painted. The owner, Hector, did not help us with ideas to restore the shower to it's original state, such as newer grout additives for antibacterial growth as the tiles were placed very close together and sealing would be impossible. He told us not to seal tile for 6 mo. He didn't discuss possible trim ideas for the shower edges. His tile layer added the level of the shower pan 2ft. The floor pan has tiles sticking up and now that it is a shower, he should have placed the shower drain in the middle of the shower pan. It now doesn't drain, nor can the drain plate be removed as to grout being washed down. The tile guy put in chipped tile and many were uneven and grout lines wider and one end and narrow at the other. He was rude and disrespectful to myself by getting mad at questions and asking him to rework areas that were uneven and chipped. He was so angry about reworking the floor, he stormed out of my house. Workers told us he did not pay them and would not work for him. He left a painter at our house for 8 hours to do a 4 hour job and did not pick him up in all that time. Painting was mediocre at best. They had to come back several times to fix it and there are still ares of gray paint on the white ceiling. There was taped off areas that remained and our shower is still, after a year not usable because it does not drain. Hector misinformed us several times and did not do a final check on any of the work. He quit communicating with us after trying to get the shower drain to work. We had several other contractors look at the work and they gave us the info we needed to know what was done wrong. His crew came after hours until 10 p.m most nights because he used people who had full time jobs by day. I was tired of the noise after working all day myself. Work that was promised in 3-4 weeks took 4 months and is still not right. We were told that he had a lifetime guarantee on his work and he did not mean a word of it. In conclusion do not use this company!

Description of Work: Slab leak in the foundation, flooded the living room and dining room. The carpet was ruined in both rooms and up the hallway. |They responded right away and were VERY understanding of this frustrating situation. |I felt they were ready to help me through out and they even checked with me a few times after the repairs were done.

Description of Work: Glenn found the cause of rainwater leaking from the upstairs window into the downstairs window. He replaced and painted the areas of drywall that was damaged around the window. Glenn was awesome; very polite, punctual, & meticulous.

Description of Work: Repair work on a water softener.

Description of Work: Water extraction from bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 closet. Baseboards were removed, holes drilled, 7 fans and 2 dehumidifiers were placed to facilitate drying of the floor.

Description of Work: They found all the walls that were affected by a leak I had in my walls. They left dehumidifiers in place for 4 days until everything dried up.
