Description of Work: Complete Bethroom remodel, They showed up on time, Very ckean, very professional. They worked! They showed up on time and stayed until the daily projects were done. The cost was reasonable.

Description of Work: I was scheduled for bathtub-to-shower renovation, added recessed lighting to kitchen and adjacent family room, and kitchen remodel (i.e. cabinets, install granite counter-tops, and flooring, backsplash. Initially, I was going to do a project at a time starting with the bath room to get a feel for their work and pay per project. First, we had a leak from the bathroom after the tile installation in which the contractor came over promptly but assumed it was faulty pipes and wanted to charge extra to fix it. After further evaluation, he realized it was their fault and took care of it - no extra charge. Keep in mind, we never had a problem with the plumbing before then. Bad impression no# 1. Then, the payment I was going to give him based on the bathroom renovation estimate didn't correspond with how he applied it to the project. For instance, I gave him a payment for labor and supplies for the bathroom renovation after it was done. However, on the receipt he gave me the payment was applied to materials for the kitchen which I hadn't authorized yet. I was really disappointed after the way he handled the leak incident. But on the other hand, I was pleased with the finished product. I was pleased with recessed lighting project, but again after payment for the lighting project, he applied the payment to another aspect of the job as opposed to what I was paying him for. But the kicker was - he ordered the wrong cabinets!! after we paid for them. Big disagreement on color, not style ensued. We were trying to work out the disagreement in good faith because custom cabinets cannot be returned so we finally accepted the cabinets at 10% discount but it changed the whole look we wanted for our kitchen. Good workmanship, installed nicely, but had to change the backsplash and every thing. After that we didn't let them do anything else. We hired some one else to do the floors and backsplash. Then on the final payment, they got real petty and wanted to charge extra for installing the cabinet door handles. Also, the contractor had a problem with replacing the spice rack. I felt it wasn't closing properly...making a "thud" noise at certain points in the closing operation, but was told this was normal and will get easier once it was broken in.

Description of Work: They remodeled a bathroom and did other painting and repair throughout the house. Their service and quality of work was superb. Naim was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Would hire them again in a minute!!!

Description of Work: They did a complete home remodel. They tore out our kitchen, bathroom and redid those rooms. They also added on a screened in porch.

Description of Work: full kitchen remodel, they install cabinets, granite, backsplash, tile, texture and paint walls, recess lights, in bathroom they replace all tile, bathtub and faucets, they also install wood floor in my living room and three bedrooms.

Description of Work: Remodeled my existing fireplace. My previous fireplace was a floor to ceiling travertine tile with a huge block of wood for a mantel. I wanted to redo the entire fireplace, including drywall the upper porion, retile the base, and add a streamlined and clean box surround mantel.

Description of Work: I hired Prestige Home Remodelers to patch some drywall in my home as well as some other general maintenance.
