The initial "appointment" on a Saturday my husband and I waited two hours without ant word from Outdoor Creations. I don't check my email very often on the weekends so when I called them they said I'd been sent an email that morning asking for my address? This was the first of many ignored requests on my part or message from them stating they had to reschedule. This was just for an estimate I can't imaging how difficult it would be for actual work. Bad experience!
Description of Work: Needed some mason work done on an outdoor fireplace and brick work on landscapes.
