Olshan Foundation Repair San Antonio

the foundation work was fine, but they completely trashed our back yard with excess dirt. it is full of rocks and we have had to block off the bulk of the yard because of our little dogs getting stuck in the mud and the rocks. i have called and sent in a card with no response. the gesture to leave the extra dirt was nice, but it trashed our yard and we will need at least one pallet of grass to replace the grass that is most likely dead now. we had a beautiful yard with nothing but st. aug. grass throughout. years of work gone because of a huge dump of dirt throughout.

Olshan did an outstanding job and their price was well below the competition.

The Olshan people where wonderful. Not only did they do a great job on my home repair. But they were friendly and informative. From the office staff all the way to the guys on the job. I was very plese wthe the workmanship

Mostly satisfied with work. If there was any complaint it would be that when filling up holes that were dug, a few were not completely filed back in, which has caused some sinkage in the ground in those areas, which will cause me to have to bring in more fill dirt in spring. The actual work done to foundation looks to be great.
