Olague Electric

I called Manuel and scheduled a time to perform the work. Manual asked me to layout how I wanted everything to work on a piece of graph paper to form a basis we could work from. He arrived on time and after a review of the drawings, he made some suggestions and then went right to work. Very quickly we were thrown a curve ball when my underground wiring running into the garage was bound up inside the conduit. This will require me to dig it up and repair it. I did not want Manuel doing this job, (although he said he would), so he helped me mark the spot so I could dig it up later. Once this is done I will call him back out to help me repair this and run the upgraded wiring. Meantime we were able to get the lights on separate curcuits and add additional outlets so I can at least have some improvement over the basic electrical service the builder gave me in the building. I am very happy with the service and the improved capability I now have. Once the weather cools a bit I will dig up the buried conduit (under the asphalt, of course) and we can finish the project.

Manuel scheduled the job for Saturday, since I wanted to be home when he did the work. He called to let me know he was on the way, and showed up right on time at 9 AM. He installed a new breaker in the electrical box and then connected a waterproof outside electrical outlet on a GFI circuit, He then connected all the electrical equipment installed outside the house to the new outlet. Now I have gotten rid of the funky extension cord, and I also have an extra outside outlet so I can run my electric hedge clippers or play the radio when I am working on the landscape on the east side of the house. Also, Olage Electric was about $50 less than the three other quotes I got for the same job. While he was here I aso got a quote on re-wiring my workshop building and we will be doing that project very soon. I have been very pleased with the quality of work and the price for the work from Olague Electric.
