Natures Factor Carpet Cleaning

This company used to be OxiClean. I had not used a carpet cleaner for over a year, although I do vacuum frequently. I decided to give OxiClean a call, but they have undergone a name change and are now known as Natures Factor. The owner immediately called a representative who was able to come out the very same day I called. The man, Mr. Loker, arrived on time, was cordial and thoroughly looked at all my carpet first before he brought in the equipment. He sprayed spot remover to needed areas and then cleaned. He cleaned the carpets and I am happy to use this company again in the future. This is my first day on Angie's List because I am looking for a good fence builder, and since it is my first day and I am happy with this relatively new company, I thought I would post this. Lastly, he did not try to upsell me on alot of items. The quote they gave me was nearly the same as the actual cost, though I am sure it might vary in any given situation. Today I was glad they didn't try to add on another 50 bucks to my total.
