I purchased a deal from another website for this service. I called and had no trouble getting an appointment for three days later. I had done part of the washing myself, and my power washer broke, so my area to be washed wasn't huge. I was happy with the job, and today I was even happier when I realized that he had also power washed the brick next to my garage that was black from where water drains. It looks amazing! The job was well done and I will call them again next time.

Throughout the whole process, Mr. Latimer proved himself to be the most conscientious and diligent contractor of any sort I've ever dealt with. His initial assessment of my needs was quite thorough. Whenever any problems were encountered, he would discuss every aspect of them with me to arrive at an agreeable solution. When it was discovered that the concrete had too many imperfections to properly take a stain, Mr. Latimer went out of his way to help me select and obtain a tinted sealant that would look good. At one point there was a delay due to the need for mail delivery of a grinding pad. During this time, Mr. Latimer continually kept in touch with me to let me know when the work would resume. Mr. Latimer carefully trimmed plants and bushes as needed. He always kept the worksite clean. Although somewhat young, he is very knowledgeable about concrete and is very skilled at using the internet to research things. I would encourage anyone in need of concrete work to consider him.
