Great work polite and very efficient. I would recommend for anybody.

He did wonderful work. He forget his plumbers kit at home, and when he went home, he stopped at Lowes and got a light bulb for the ceiling fan that he put in, because it took one of the little light bulb. He was a nice man. I don't want anyone to know about him because I want him to be there the next time I need him. He came out and looked at me and gave me a price before he started work.

John is right on time, patient, and does a very professional job.

John Cook provided a very economical quote and fast start date. The work and cleanup was accomplished in less then half a day. The moved fence was a fixed to the existing side fence/post. All work was accomplished in a professional manner. We were so impressed by his work that we asked for a quote to install crown molding and paint the interior of our house which he subsequently accomplished for us. He is highly recommended.

We were all ready familiar with John Cook's work since he moved 32 feet of our front fence and gate back. We ask John to provide a quote for the installation of crown molding throughout the house (excluding the bathrooms and kitchen) and painting the interior of the house excluding the bathrooms. We accepted his quote, picked out the various paint colors and crown molding. Work began on 4/15/2013 and was completed on 5/1/2013. John was able to work around my schedule. He arrived early each morning. He initially repaired all cracks and installed the crown molding, then caulked and painted the crown molding. He caulked all nail holes and painted the walls, trim, doors and railing. Most of the rooms required two coats of paint. His work was accomplished in a very professional manner and turned out beautifully giving the interior an entirely new look. We highly recommend John Cook and will use him again in the future for all out handyman repairs that are needed.

We got 3 estimates. We didn't use them because of the price. My brother-in-law fixed it himself. They were pretty professional. We would probably not use them in the future.

Arrived on time and worked diligently through the day to completion. He finished quickly as well.

John was prompt, punctual and polite in coming to my home and providing a bid. His price seemed reasonable, too, for the work to be done, which included separate bath and dressing areas and the front door. When he did the work, he did an excellent job of removing and replacing towel racks and other small fixtures instead of trying to paint around them, which I've actually had painters do. He also repaired a cabinet door and replaced a piece of wood on the vanity. The bathroom painting was adequate, but I've had to do some touch-up. The front door looks fine.

John is a very busy man and since my work wasn't an emergency, I agreed to have him schedule me in during the following week. John was very punctual, quick and professional. He completed all work to my satisfaction. I also had him submit a proposal for some remodeling I am considering in the future.

I sent an email as well as left a phone message stating what I needed. Mr. Cook called me back promptly on Friday and stated that he would be out Sat. morning. He came and said the total cost of materials and labor would be right around $100 but he would run over to Lowe's to check out prices and would call me from there with an exact estimate which he did. He quoted a price of $110 and said he would be out Mon. pm to complete the job. He came out Mon. pm after the rain cleared up and removed the old post and installed the new post and mailbox. I was very pleased with the job he did. Mr. Cook was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely call him again and would recommend him.

I feel like he dealt with me very honestly. He looked at the work and said that it wasn't something he had the skills to do. I appreciated that very much and will consider him for future projects.

I've had an electrician out to fix the doorbell and he fixed it temporarily but it broke again. Then Mr. Cook came out and fixed it and it's stayed fixed. He had to purchase the proper type of doorbell so that we wouldn't continue to have the problem. He's very reasonable. He doesn't charge hourly rate generally but charges by the project. He is very fair in his pricing. He's on time and will be here when he says he will be here. He carries a lot of spare parts so he's able to do the work. He's also willing to go needed sources if he does need a part before or during the job. He's really good at translating and communicating what I'm telling him. He understands the lingo that the homeowner is trying to say which I really appreciate. He talks to you, listens, and tries to understand what you say and tries to stick to his estimate. He understands people are on a budget and he will try to give a phone estimate.

He was fabulous. He was just great. He was professional when he came out to do. He e-mailed me the estimate properly, so it was very complete. He scheduled the work in that every appointment time that he said he would be out there to work. He had all his materials and tools. He was just very professional and very confident. I needed that kind of work done again and this will be my first choice.

Actually, we have been using this service for abut 2 years, having replaced our prior "handyman". Carlos helps us with 54 apartment units, and the tenants always need something. He responds quickly, has been able to help with everything including roof leaks, problem tenants, paint, repairs, plumbing, HVAC. He is licensed in several areas. I could a bit better on pricing, but it is often worth the little extra to get a reliable job done, we will continue to use him for small and big projects.

You would not know anything was ever wrong. He repaired the ceiling and everything looks great now. He always called back promptly. I would highly recommend him. His price was very reasonable.

John Cook of Mr. Fixit was just wonderful. I finally got fed up with several minor household issues and found John on Angies List. I contacted him on Monday and he said he would be over on Wednesday at 4:00 and he was punctual. He was not only capable, but also very pleasant. I pointed out all my nagging issues and he quoted me $65 and I agreed. He probably had everything done in not much more than an hour. I even took him to my neighbor's house and he will be going back there tomorrow to repair a minor fence problem. He was certainly reasonable and I will most definitely call him in the future.

I called Mr.Fix-It and he came at the time we agreed on. He measured the door and he gave me an estimate. He would have to order a door built for the atrium door. He instructed me how to select a front-door at Home Depot and have it ready for him to pick up.When he got the atrium door he called me and we set a time for the work. He came and efficiently installed the doors and painted the atrium door to match. He hauled away the old doors. I don't remember how much I paid him, but I was well satisfied with the cost.
