Description of Work: I had a problem with a sink that had been resurfaced by this company in 2012. I needed a repair for which I was fully prepared to pay. However, two scheduled appointments resulted in a "no show" for unknown reasons. In an effort to win my favor, they kept a third appointment, fixed the sink and charged me nothing. I thought this was more than enough to convince me that this is a standup company!

Description of Work: Refinished tile in bath. This is my 2nd experience with Scott. Excellent work both times. Installer Patrick was very courteous and really did a fine job!!

Description of Work: The bath tub in my guest bathroom needed to be refinished. Though I was a bit taken aback at the price, I realized later how much work was involved to remove the old finish and replace it with a new one. Now the tub looks like new. The employees of the company were very polite and cleaned up after they were finished.

Description of Work: I had two cracks in my master shower pan. They repaired the shower pan and refinished it. Can't tell where it was repaired.

Description of Work: Bathtub and kitchen countertop refinish. Bathtub needed to be redone, but did not happen. Received refund. Kitchen countertop looked good, but is starting to show waterstains. Unfortunately, as water is being used in a kitchen and it is difficult to prevent water from getting on the countertop.

Description of Work: New counter top and resurfacing of wall, shower tile and bathtub. Everything went very well...we'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Resurface kitchen double sink and resurface main bath counter and sink. Both look great, came when they said, did a great job, will use again. I was amazed at the quality of work. Definitely done with pride.

Description of Work: Spray tile and tub

Description of Work: Met Mr. Miller at San Antonio Home Show. Scheduled an appointment on October 12, 2012, for refinishing of Jacuzzi bathtub. After rescheduling original appointment to October 17, he never showed up nor called to cancel appointment. We called several times with no answer or feedback for 2nd appointment. If this is an example of how he conducts his business, I would not recommend him.

Description of Work: They repaired two chips in 1 tub and applied slip resistance on the same tub and they gave another tub a look to see if it needed refinished.

Description of Work: Refinished the tub in my master bath. The tub was approximately 40 years old and had not had lime removed in several years.

Description of Work: Stripped and resurfaced a clawfoot bathtub and pedestal sink. They did the bathtub in one day at my house and took the sink with them and brought it back finished a few days later.

Description of Work: Patched one large and several small dings in the bathtub and added non skid surface to bottom of tub.

Description of Work: Redid countertops in kitchen with refinishing method.

Description of Work: Old tub had to be stripped and new finish applied. Old tub had several chips. Work was completed in a neat and timely manner. Tub looks like a new one.
