They were very good and professional. They came in and got right to work. They even asked about a few things I had not thought about cleaning. They worked together and the man that was in charge of the whole thing was very nice and courteous. He was also very polite when talking to his employees.

I called Maid in America to get an estimate to clean my home. Raul was prompt in returning my call and was very friendly. We set up a time to meet the following day. Raul was right on time and was very professional. We walked through the house and Raul asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for. Afterwards, he said that he would put a quote together and get back to me. Within a few hours, I received a call from Raul with price quotes for a deep cleaning as well as regular cleanings. It was very reasonable so we set a time for his team to come out. On the day of the appointment, the team was right on time. In fact, they may have been a few minutes early. To my surprise, Raul was a member of the cleaning team. They got right to work. They were extremely kind and asked a few questions here and there. They appeared to be very efficient and I was delighted with how clean my home looked. I was very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I called Raul and set up a date for him to come and give me an estimate. I was told that the first cleaning would be a deep cleaning and I would be charged by the hour. After the first cleaning there would be a set fee. We set up a day and time for the cleaning and I received a phone call the day before the cleaning to confirm that he would be here. On the day of the cleaning Raul and two other people showed up. They brought their own cleaning equipment and supplies but asked me if I had anything that I already used that I would prefer they use. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently. When they finished my house was spotless. Raul and his crew cleaned areas I had thought only my window washer could reach. I don't usually like paying by the hour because you never know what the ultimate cost will be. In this case I actually paid less than anticipated!

They were very good. We were very satisfied with them. They were in and out very quickly; they didn?t take too much time on the job. We got our money?s worth from their service. They were reasonable. They were punctual, responsive and professional.

The lady was pleasant and I was satisfied with her work. Other people have come in and they only spent an hour or so but this woman did a better job.

They arrived on time, required very little dirrection, and did the work.

Usually there are two ladies who come out and do the job. They are pleasant. As I have a small home they get it done quickly. I am perfectly satisfied with the price. The quality of their service is good but they don?t do it in winter. If I want them to do any specific work all I have to do is ask them to do and they will do it. They come out pretty close to the time they say they will come. They are professional and they know what to do and how to go about it.

The team got off to a late start, about 30 minutes late but he did let me know where in traffic they were located. However, once they got here Raul performed the walk thru of what needed to be done and then proceeded to get to work. They supplied most of their own equipment and cleaner except for the cleaner for the granite and our special stovetop cleaner. The team was professional and worked very fast but thorough. I noticed a few things not cleaned but only because I had not specified it on my list I realized. Once I specified it then they cleaned it. Raul also noticed various areas the team had missed and had those tended to quickly. Great team, I will use them again.

They came right on time and got right to work. Everything looked great when they were done.

They brought the equipment themselves. They did not ask me for a single thing. There were 3 guys and they completed the work in 2 and half hours. They did a good job. They were very expensive. The first time they usually charge high. He quoted me $75 to have them do the work occasionally.

The whole experience was great. After looking at my house, Raul felt a deep cleaning would be in order for this initial visit. I was expecting a huge upcharge for the first time, but the initial cleaning was only $30 more ($165) than the quote for bi-weekly cleaning ($135). Plus I used a coupon that I got on Angie's List. I felt the price both for the deep cleaning and the bi-weekly cleaning was very reasonable. I had several special requests that he said would be no problem. I have a very high ceiling in the great room and needed a long extension to dust the ceiling fan and upper window sills. I also wanted them to use a special cleaning product for my stainless steel appliances and silestone counter tops. I have 4 cats and the maids must be very careful going in and out of the house so that they don't let the cats out. Raul remembered all of my special requests at the first cleaning. He brought an extension pole, for the high ceiling and remembered my requirements for the kitchen without me having to remind him. They were careful going in and out. I put folded clean sheets on all my beds and they made the beds for me. The three of them worked quickly and efficiently. The house was spotless when they left. My only complaint was that when they vacuumed the floor in the kitchen, they were kind of rough around the bottoms of the cabinets. But other than that, I was totally pleased with the experience.

They arrived promptly and got right to work after asking me what I wanted done. (I had gotten the price quote over the phone already) I am happy with how things turned out. They dusted on top of all fans and even top of fridge. All the little things I miss when I do it myself! I would have them back. They did a good job and when they left I didn't feel like I needed to follow up behind to do anything they missed.

As a new member of Angie's List I decided to call some of the cleaning services for pricing. I've always had a cleaning service but wanted to take advantage of members monitoring services through Angie's List. There were three recommendations given and I received a service report from Angie's staff. The report helped me make my decision to select "Maid in America". Raul, owner of Maid in America was very helpful and informative over the phone about his cleaning service. He was able to accommodate me on the day/time I wanted them to clean my home. Having used other cleaning services I was impressed that Raul usually accompanies his cleaning crew to ensure his cleaning standards are kept. During my initial house cleaning he called me at work to let me know how much it would cost. He gave me a $15 discount since I enclosed the coupon from the monthly Angie's List booklet. When I got home that evening all I could say is WOW... my house GLEAMED! One of my sons was also home and said "Mom wait until you see our bathroom!" Maid in America did a fantastic job cleaning our home. It's worth it to pay the extra initial cleaning fee to get your home to their level standards so that they can easily maintain your home during the other routine cleanings I encourage other member to use the coupons from the Angie's book to save more money. Anyone in need of a home cleaning service should strongly consider Maid in America. They do an outstanding job! After working at 2-jobs, caring for my elderly parents, it's a great feeling to come home to a clean house! Thanks Raul and Maid in America staff!

It is not an accident that Maid In America has the highest rating here. Raul was very professional as well as his two helpers. They also dusted the blinds and did a great job cleaning overall.

They do a really good job at making sure everything is clean when they leave. I would recommend them to others.

I was tired of having to deal with Molly Maid. The Raul's crew did and excellent job and was $20 less than Molly Maid.

It was a good deal. It all went good. It was one guy and I needed some heavy lifting done and he did it.

It was good. They fit me into a schedule when they were already booked. They came with 3 women and the owner of the business. The 3 ladies were very, very experienced. They were very thorough. They were very specific and everything was placed exactly where it was before they moved it. I was very pleased with them. My house was just dusty more than dirty. They were on time and I was very impressed.

Raul came the first time and now sends three ladies, one who knows the routine and is here each time.

Raul returned my call very promptly and said the price would be $70.00 per hour and he estimated it would take 2.5 hours plus a trip charge of $45.00 for a total estimate of $220.00. This company cleaned my father's 2,800 square foot home in San Antonio for $125.00 so I felt his estimate for my house was way too high. I called A-Best Cleaning and they quoted me $105.00 for the same cleaning services, with no trip charge, so I will be hiring them.

They have been quite good. They are very professional, always punctual and have very good prices.

Raul and his crew are very professional and courteous. Raul returned my phone calls promptly (same day), came out and gave me an estimate for the rooms I wanted cleaned monthly. I mentioned to Raul that I liked a certain cleaner and when he and his team showed up the day of the initial service, he brought with him the same cleaner I had mentioned! They went right to work and when they were done about 1-1/2 hours later, the rooms they cleaned were sparkling. The whole house smelled fresh and clean.

Very good overall, very friendly. On time. They will come back monthly for $95.
