Very professional...on time & within budget

they're on phone customer service it was great, but when the technician came out, he seemed to not care. I was charged $60, but then when I gave the check was told it was $20 more for a trip charge, which I wasn't happy about since they told me a different price. All this for 4 screws to be installed to the roof for a light.

The first company that came up on HomeAdvisor was Mr. Electric. They were not able to get through to me. I went with the next company LT Electric, and I am glad I did. Great reviews, and my wife reminded me that Mr. Electric cost us a lot of money three years ago at our old house. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND LT Electric. Fast and complete service. They charged exactly what I was expecting. I think you should shift the HomeAdvisor website so that LT Electric comes up as the first option.

The Electricians were humble, respectful and, professional in their skills at trouble shooting and working the electrical issue. They were honest about their assessment estimate. They quoted a price per hour only after discovering and describing a solution to the electric issue. They were quick but worked safely and assuredly in their work, caring "about time is money." The price was not cheap nor at a discount but, it was a fair price and not, exorbitant nor price gouging.

I was very impressed how quickly they came up with a solution after a different contractor cut the electrical wire that they had already installed awaiting for the walls to be closed in with sheet rock to finish their work. They did not become angry or fret over the situation and they did a very professional job.
