They completed the job as promised within the quote. Work was very professional and the installers, Jason and his helper were very knowledgeable and courteous , they also cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend them.

Could not repair door bell because it was an ADT system.

The owner sent two electrician for my 4 projects. They split the jobs and where done within an hour and half. They both did very professional work. I had some questions dealing with some future work and they offered some suggestions as how that work could be accomplished. I will be doing future projects with LT Electric and I will highly recommend LT Electric to my friends if in need of electrical work..

problem resolved quickly and at a fare price

They are dedicated to identifying the problem and solving the issues. We are still tracing a circuit difficulty, but our technician is capable of resolving the problem. This circuit has a short that is hard to trace, but it is repairable. I like their service and customer service. They are on time and they sent a master electrician for my problem!

Louis T (the owner) came to look at what needed to be done at my home. He checked out what needed to be done and gave an estimate/quote which was quite reasonable on his visit. The following week, JP and Jason came to do the work. Let me say, that these guys were quick, efficient, prompt and friendly. Their work was 'top shelf'. Louis, owner, provided me with a same-day estimate of my outdoor electrical project. The installation appointment was 2 business days after the estimate. Louis and his installers, JP and Jason arrived as scheduled. Louis reviewed the project with his crew and they began working immediately. It was a pleasure working with LT Electric. The cost of the electrical work was reasonable and work was completed without delay. I intend to use LT Electrical again and highly recommend them as a trusted contractor.

They talked to the customer by phone to troubleshoot prior to coming out to do work which is good. I unfortunately cost me $120 for them to do a diagnostic that Roto Rooter's plumber could have done on my water heater. LT's technician was professional about work and recommended that try another plumber to do repairs on hot water heater after they tested wiring and circuit breaker. I will be calling them agin for my next job.
