He did a great job and pretty much got rid of all the stains. All the carpets looked great, and the house smelled great. He was very nice and professional the whole time. I would hire him again without hesitation.

 + -1 moreThey looked at the areas that were still soiled....they recommended that since the carpet was still damp, that we do nothing at this time, because putting more moisture in the carpet and getting Carpet padding wet could lead to mold and/or mildew.I really appreciated their honesty...not only that but they refused payment of any kind. I can't say enough about the positive impression they made on me. I will certainly use them from now on.

 + -1 moreI found this provider on Angie's list and was a bit skeptical because in my experience the higher the rating the longer you have to wait for an appointment. Wow was I surprised, shocked and extremely pleased when they could come out the very next day!!! He was prompt, courteous, efficient and within an hour and half my entire upstairs looked like I had brand new carpet installed. He pointed out the 1 itty bitty stain he wasn't able to remove completely and showed me some of the other spots that my dogs nails had done damage to the carpet fibers. I highly recommend you call today if you are in need of carpet cleaning or any of their other offered services. I will absolutely be using this company again.

 + 2 moreArt is a lovely man - professional, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and responsive. After a bad experience with carpet cleaning several years, we were hesitant to do it again. Carpets in the bedrooms had never been cleaned (7 years old) and the carpet in the living room, though new, had been "toddlerized." I was impressed by what he was able to do, and as quickly as he was able to do it. We were planning on replacing the carpet in the bedrooms, believing them to be a lost cause. Art made us love the carpet again :) Two months later - they still look great. (As opposed to the other service we used in the past, when they looked WORSE two months later.) We had him back again this month to clean and seal our grout - which had never been done. He's a magician - it looks fantastic. Both times, received excellent customer service and the finished product went above our expectations. Could not recommend him enough.

 + -1 moreI called Art in the AM and he was able to provide me with his services only a couple hours later. My 6 year old Son had trashed the backseat of my Honda Pilot. I had milk, yogurt, and who knows what else - stains in the back seat of my car. Art worked his magic, it only took 20-30 minutes, and the spots were gone. My car is once again clean....until my child and his friends do it again. In turn, I will be calling Art to help me once again. Art was professional and provided top service within only a couple hours of my call. I'm glad I called today.

Since my husband is retired, he contacted Art and made the appointment. My husband was so impressed with his punctuality, his knowledge, professionalism, communication and quality of work. At the time, we had not discussed the rugs, but my husband called him back to pick those up to clean. We are so pleased with the the quality of his work. We are so pleased with his work and I am going to tell my friends and neighbors if they need their carpet or their furniture cleaned, call Art at Heaven's Best.

He came in, looked at our carpet and gave us a clear understanding of what he could do and what might not be solved by the carpet cleaning . He gave us an accurate cost of the cleaning.  + -1 moreHe is a great, professional carpet cleaner owner. When I called him a few days ago, I told him these were my days off and I will be busy in the morning. He said I can be there at 1 p.m. and I will call you before to see if you are home. I said great. He was able to go around my schedule which not many companies do. As soon as he arrived, he went straight to work. Bringing all the machines down. It was a lot of work but he completed it. He did a fantastic job and I am very happy for his services. I will be calling him again for future services.

His communication is outstanding and his work is as well. The pride he takes in his business radiates in all he does. The price may appear high but the cost was primarily for the sealing materials of the grout and tile. Not excessive by any means. Well worth the investment.

 + -1 moreWhen I called Art I was in a bit of a bind with my schedule and I was hesitant on doing anything but steam cleaning. Art was so great at taking the time to explain the entire cleaning process and helping me to differentiate the treatments. I chose to go with Heavens Best, as I felt it was a better choice for our carpets. Art also was not only able to work with my schedule, but he came out the following day. WOW!! He was incredibly professional, did a fantastic job, left my home smelling clean, fresh and looking great. He also took great pride in his work, which means a great deal to me. When someone takes pride in their work, that means they have invested their time, energy and hard effort into what they have done and considered it almost as if it were their own. That type of work is hard to find in this day and time. I would highly recommend Art and his company time and time again to my clients and I personally will definitely use him for more of the services his company offers for other areas of the home.  + -1 moreI really can't say enough about Arthur and his brother Marcos. It's not surprising they're rated at the top of Angies list! It went GREAT! I wasn't sure some of the stains in the carpet would even come out and believe it or not, they did!!! He first went through the house and explained what he was going to do and approx how long it would like. He also explained the carpet would be dry in approx. 1 hour. By the time he was finished it was completely dry!! When he was finished he walked me through the house so he could point out the "small" areas that he couldn't get clean (with only one treatment), and asked if I had any concerns to let him know and he'd do what he could. He was right on time, he was in and out in approximately 2 hours, the cost was exactly what he quoted me, the carpet was completely dry, and it looked & smelled beautiful!! He's coming back out to clean my area rugs and I can't wait to see them!! You won't be unhappy with Heaven's Best!!!
Description of Work: The minute Art answered the phone I knew they were going to be the one!!! The fact that a "live" person actually answered the phone and I did not have to go through a recording, was a huge plus right off the bat!!, I had previously called 4 other carpet cleaners (prior to joining Angie's List!), and Heaven's Carpet was the ONLY company that had a "live" voice on the other end. He was Very, very, personable, polite, accommodating, and thorough. Art kindly referred me to his brother, Marcos, who services the Helotes area. When I called Marcos, he asked if he could call me back in approx. 1 1/2 hours due to the fact he was finishing another job. Almost EXACTLY one and a half hours later, he called! I and was told they had no openings. Granted - we were needing the service on that Saturday, only because of unexpected last minute move. They typically don't work on Sundays, but were more than willing to do it if need be! Wow!!! I spoke to Marcos, set up a day and time, and he said he would call me approximate 30 minutes before arriving. EXACTLY 30 minutes later he called and we met at the exact appointment time.
