 + -1 moreArt showed up promptly and was friendly and professional. He got right to work cleaning the carpets and finished in about an hour. The carpets looked great. He also took two of our 5X9 area rugs, which REALLY needed cleaning with him to clean and had them back THAT NIGHT. They also smelled fresh and looked great. We are so pleased! The carpets came to $129 and the rugs were another $100, plus tax. He gave us a quote for cleaning our tile as well which seems very reasonable. $985.20 for 1340 sq feet of tile. This is $1000 less than another company on Angie's list, Coit's. We'll be scheduling that soon. Overall, we're thrilled that we found a company we can trust.

 + -1 moreHands down, the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had! Art called me back right away when he found out another carpet cleaning company duped me on their price and services. He was able to schedule my cleaning the same day and worked into the evening to get the job done before holiday guests arrived. He was prompt, professional, fair in his pricing, and took the job very seriously. The carpet, though original, looked practically brand new after his thorough cleaning. Before he left that evening, Art said to be sure to call him if the "trouble spots" he worked on re-appeared. I was hesitant to call him back out for two little areas, but he actually called ME to see if we were happy with the job. Sure enough, he made a special trip back to our house to re-work the spots, which came out completely with a more intense treatment. We will be certain to call Art back in the future!
Description of Work: Heaven's Best was called out to clean all the carpeted areas in our 3500SF home plus a 5x8 area rug.

 + 0 moreI called Heaven's Best the week before Christmas to have my furniture cleaned before Christmas. An appointment was scheduled that week. After completing the cleaning I asked about an area rug. Never did I think he could or would clean it that day but he said he had some time before his afternoon appointment. He took the rug, cleaned and dried it and returned it late the same afternoon. It looked great as did the furniture. Art was very professional, punctual and pleasant. I will use him again and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

 + -1 moreMr. Pacheco of Heaven's Best called prior to arriving at the appointed time. He had previously come by to check out what we needed done and was both friendly and professional. He did what he said he would do and then some and finished in a timely manner. The carpets look brand new (they are about 7 years old) after the cleaning. We definetly plan on having Mr. Pacheco come back on an annual basis. He cleans tile also and we plan on having him do that too next year.
Description of Work: Deep vacuumed 4 rooms, applied cleaning solution and buffeted it in then did a light finish buffing.

He is very thorough. spent almost 3 hours at my house cleaning the carpets. He takes pride in his work and made sure the client is satisfied with the job. Art was punctual, took the time to walk around to allow me to point out problem areas (stains), he then went to work and did an amazing, thorough job. I would not hesitate for one second to call Art back out to clean our carpets and area rug. He had to take the area rug with him to deep clean it and promptly returned it the next morning by 7am and it looked brand new again. Amazing quality and professional service. Exceptional! Highly recommend!

He started with a very thorough vacuuming, which took longer than the actual cleaning. He then cleaned and deodorized all vacuumed areas. I was completely satisfied with the results and will definitely be calling him to do a quarterly cleaning.

Description of Work: AMAZING- quality, professionalism, AND, AFFORDABLE! This was the second time I have used Heaven's Best. Specifically, I have a lot of animals and they can be h****** our very large, wool Oriental rugs. As Heaven's Best had provided excellent service the first time on the heavily trafficed, old, wall- to- wall carpets and 2 large (approx 8x11) Oriental rugs, I wanted them to clean the largest rug I have. They can clean the Oriental rugs on site, but (correctly, I add) advised me there is a better result if they can take them off- site and hang them, etc. Having lived in the Orient and been stationed in Southwest Asia as well, I am very familiar with these rugs, their dyes, and methoids of care. The rug I had done this tine, however, was an 14 x 18 vintage wool Karastan. It takes 2 men to carry it as it is that dense. Bottom line, they took it, cleaned it, and returned it on time and in excellent condition. They were careful miving it in and out, courteous, and the pricing is VERY AFFORDABLE. There is no extra charge for pick up or delivery to take the rug and move the furniture, etc. I really encourage others to support small local family businesses like Heaven's Best.

 + -1 moreArt arrived on time and gave me an estimate of cost to clean a large area of carpet as well as associated costs for enzyme treatment due to the former homeowners having dogs that made mulitple pet stains on the carpet. He moved furniture and decorative items as necessary and did a great job of raking out the carpet as well. The equipment he used was not overwhelmingly loud and the products he used for cleaning left a pleasant citrus scent. I love the way the carpets looked when he was finshed. Art was pleasant and professional throughout and I will use him again whenever i need the carpets tended to.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in several areas of my home to include stairs, hall, loft, gameroom, dining room.

 + -1 moreWhen contacting Heavens' Best Art answered and he was very professional. I had been looking for a reasonable not to high priced carpet cleaning company but one that was reasonable. I read the reviews on Heaven's Best and thought I would give them a try. My daughter and her three children (under 7) just moved out of my home and the carpet was filthy and stained. The carpet is also at least 16 years old so I wasn't sure what he could do. Art scheduled the appointment for the same day to review and give me an estimate. He also said if it wasn't to bad he could take care of it the same day and the drying time would be very short. So I agreed. Art arrived on time and was very courteous. He looked at the rooms - and gave me his honest opinion of the work that needed to be done. He said it would be a couple hours to get it cleaned - it took a little longer because he really took his time on working on some of the imbedded stubborn stains. My carpet looks so much better! It was so embaressing, but I feel really comfortable letting friends in to see it now. I am so happy! He did a great job. Really nice professional person.

 + -1 moreThe stains are now lighter, but did not come out. When I asked how much I owed, he replied "Nothing, I didn't do the job you needed". Needless to say, whenever I am looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future, this fellow is at the top of my list.
Description of Work: I had 4 dining chairs with white fabric covering which had various stains. Art Pacheco, (210) 380-2969, responded in less than two hours, worked for over and hour and a half using all the various cleaning techniques and solutions.

 + -1 moreI called for carpet cleaning service as soon as the business opened for the day (8:00am) and asked for the next available appointment. I spoke with Matt, and he said he would be out to my residence by 10:00am, not even an hour later he showed up at my door. Talk about prompt service! Before performing any work, Matt did an estimate of the job and asked what areas I felt he needed to concentrate on. I got a fairly decent quote and approved the work to be done. After all was completed, my carpet was clean and fresh-smelling - professionally done! Carpet drying was quick too. Although I had only the high-traffic areas worked on, I wished I had all the carpeted areas done. They perform other services too such as upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, etc., so other than for carpet cleaning, I will definitely use them again. Thanks, Matt! :)

I needed a last minute cleaning before selling my home and Art not only took care of it with great care and results, but he also helped out with a small repair issue and offered a follow-up call to see things thru. I even needed to adjust the appointment time and he fit me in his schedule. Friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out during this time crunch. You won't find service like this in many places anymore.
Description of Work: I had 3 rooms and a stairway cleaned along with a small repair / replacement of carpet on one of the stair treads. Not only was the carpet clean and looking great, but Art offered a follow-up appointment for me because of my time crunch. Outstanding service and definitely recommended to others.

Description of Work: We had a hallway that was HEAVILY soiled with pet stains & weren't sure that they were going to come out, but we were wrong. We also had gum stuck to our living room carpet & that also came out! Our couch cushions were cleaned & they had milk stains on them, those were also removed! One of the best things about the service was the fact that it dried in an hour, so we didn't have to leave the house for a few hours, which was very convenient!
