Art provided the best carpet cleaning we have ever experienced. He was very prompt and coordinated his arrival time well in advance of his service. We highly recommend Art for your carpet cleaning and any other service he advertises!

Our first appointment was rescheduled when another job was taking longer than expected. Christy called and was very polite and apologetic about the schedule change. My 22-year-old daughter was home and did not pick up the landline, but Art made a courtesy call to tell us he was on the way. I was at work when he arrived, so we spoke briefly on the phone about which area rugs to move, etc. Christy had indicated the stain could cost extra, so that was not a surprise. When I got home, Art had completed the work. The stain was wet from the treatment, but he assured me it would be less noticeable when it was dry. The carpet looks great. The scent of the cleaning solution was noticeable for a while, but was not an unpleasant or chemical odor. Art discussed the work with me and offered to take our oriental rugs with him to clean. I was not prepared to make plans without my work calendar, but we will probably have him do the rugs.. (I once had another cleaner return the wrong rug to me, which I noticed after unrolling it later. When I called about it, they said, "we couldn't find yours, so we brought you that one.") I was impressed that Art followed up a few days later to check on the stain. It is barely visible, but he offered to swing by sometime to take a look at it again. Overall, a very professional, pleasant experience.

Art was awesome! He was extremely responsive, professional and courteous. I needed something done before a big party and he met my deadline. Great service and was very pleased! I have used others for this and I can tell you that I always felt skeptical in the past. I have a new provider for all my upholstery and rug cleaning needs!

Art did a great job deep cleaning our furniture. I was able to schedule the cleaning on short notice (1 day), and was happy with the overall service he provided. On time, good work ethic, and quick service is all asked for and he delivered. I would reccomend his services to anyone looking for a smooth carpet/upholstry cleaning experience.

I called for an estimate and scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time and vacuumed all the carpeting before cleaning. He took his time and did and excellent job. The price he quoted was somewhat higher than what he quoted, but was still a bargain and especially since he did such a great job.

We had an excellent carpet cleaning experience with Art. Art was prompt, professional, more than fair in his pricing, and did an outstanding job on the rug and the carpet. He has an excellent customer service ethic. Art did everything to accommodate our work schedule, and communication with him was perfect. The carpet, looked as good as possible after Art did a thorough cleaning, even though the carpet has had plenty of wear over the years. Previously, I thought the only way you could clean carpets was through the steamer method, but I have changed my mind. The process Art used really turned out great. We will definitely use Art again and will not hesitate to recommend him most highly to family and friends.

Art was very punctual and very pleasant during the service. The cleaning agents had a very pleasant smell and surprisingly did not trigger my migraines at all. The equipment was very quiet as well, so between the lack of noise and orange scent this was the first time I've been able to have the carpets cleaned without having either a horrible migraine or needing to leave the house. The carpets were mostly dry in a little over an hour, but the stained spots took about three hours to dry completely. Art was able to remove the stains left from when our dogs were ill and they have not bled back. OVerall I was extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend it to anyone. I definitely plan on using this company again when we need to clean the second floor as well.

Great job... Art Pacheco did a great job cleaning our carpets. He is very professional and courtesy in his appearance and manner. Called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time ready to work. Did a great job of vacuuming the carpets and all of the base boards.We have a large house and he cheerfully did his work. Show great care in protecting our furniture. We will definately use him again in the future.

Art was punctual and very professional. He helped move my large furniture from the living room, explained what would be best for the stains and smells in my carpet, vacuumed carpet and baseboards before, and got the job done in no time. Hands down, this was the best carpet cleaning experience we've had in 20+ years. Art arrived on time, was professoinal and thorough; took time to answer my questions about his process and was the ultimate professional both in his demeanor and performance. The most impressive thing about the entire experience was that Art never talked down or negatively about competitors. There was no 'upsell', no bait and switch with respect to pricing that we'd experienced with other companies. We have decided to put Art on a recurring 6 month cleaning schedule.

I tell everybody about them. They were very professional and prompt. The prices were really good. They were very conscientious. They took care of the specific things I needed and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need.

Art showed up promptly and was friendly and professional. He got right to work cleaning the carpets and finished in about an hour. The carpets looked great. He also took two of our 5X9 area rugs, which REALLY needed cleaning with him to clean and had them back THAT NIGHT. They also smelled fresh and looked great. We are so pleased! The carpets came to $129 and the rugs were another $100, plus tax. He gave us a quote for cleaning our tile as well which seems very reasonable. $985.20 for 1340 sq feet of tile. This is $1000 less than another company on Angie's list, Coit's. We'll be scheduling that soon. Overall, we're thrilled that we found a company we can trust.

Art did a top rated job. Carpets came out very clean, looking nearly new. In addition I love the smell of their cleaning solution. Carpets were totally dry within 2 hours.

I've use them several times and wouldn't use anyone else. They pick the rugs up, bring them back, and put all the furniture back in its place. I have recommended them. They have a fair price, I give them all high ratings, and will continue to use them.

Hands down, the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had! Art called me back right away when he found out another carpet cleaning company duped me on their price and services. He was able to schedule my cleaning the same day and worked into the evening to get the job done before holiday guests arrived. He was prompt, professional, fair in his pricing, and took the job very seriously. The carpet, though original, looked practically brand new after his thorough cleaning. Before he left that evening, Art said to be sure to call him if the "trouble spots" he worked on re-appeared. I was hesitant to call him back out for two little areas, but he actually called ME to see if we were happy with the job. Sure enough, he made a special trip back to our house to re-work the spots, which came out completely with a more intense treatment. We will be certain to call Art back in the future!

I called Heaven's Best the week before Christmas to have my furniture cleaned before Christmas. An appointment was scheduled that week. After completing the cleaning I asked about an area rug. Never did I think he could or would clean it that day but he said he had some time before his afternoon appointment. He took the rug, cleaned and dried it and returned it late the same afternoon. It looked great as did the furniture. Art was very professional, punctual and pleasant. I will use him again and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Mr. Pacheco of Heaven's Best called prior to arriving at the appointed time. He had previously come by to check out what we needed done and was both friendly and professional. He did what he said he would do and then some and finished in a timely manner. The carpets look brand new (they are about 7 years old) after the cleaning. We definetly plan on having Mr. Pacheco come back on an annual basis. He cleans tile also and we plan on having him do that too next year.

excellent service by Art who is the owner of the company. Art took the time to give me info on the cleaning process. He is very thorough. spent almost 3 hours at my house cleaning the carpets. He takes pride in his work and made sure the client is satisfied with the job. I have already asked him to clean my dad's carpet next week. will not hesitate to use Art again.
