The morning of, he called to inform me he was on his way. He arrived at the appointed time and was completely professional, thorough in his work. He vacuumed the carpets thoroughly, then began the shampooing. He then started on my furniture. He explained that the furniture would take longer to dry and if I would periodically flip the pillows (the larger ones he propped up away from the main furniture structure) this would hasten drying. Also, told me to run my ceiling fans. My carpet and furniture look and feel very clean which is pretty amazing considering they haven't been cleaned in several years and my pet situation. I will use Art & Heaven's Best for all my future carpet and upholstery needs.

Prompt call back and great service. This was a rental home that I take pretty good care of and Art was understanding. He cleaned and applied a deoderizer. The renter called and raved about how well the carpets turned out. So if she is happy, I am happy. Thanks Art!

Very good experience overall. I called him in the morning after reading the other reviews here on Angie's List. He was able to fit me in the schedule for same day service! By that afternoon my carpet was looking like new and smelled fresh and clean!! I would highly recommended his services. I may even call him back to clean the tile and grout on my kitchen.

I can only echo the other reviews. Art did a walk through prior to starting work and confirmed the price which was the same as quoted. He was very honest that one bad pet stain would be discolored but he could get most if not all of the odor out. I appreciated his candor as it is a very bad stain. The carpet seemd dry within two hours but I waited into the evening to place furniture. He worked quickly and thoroughly and noted certain things that he did and why. I am very happy with the results and plan to have the carpets cleaned once yearly by Art. Art applied a. 15 percent discount as I was a first time customer.

Great job! Art came in and did the work quickly and was very professional. Even got out those pet stains that we had in a couple of spots!

Art arrived at around 2:00 p.m. and was done by 2:45 p.m. The carpet was dried within an hour as advertised. This is the first time I used Art to clean my carpet and I took a chance on him after reading an article about him on the Angie's List magazine. He does great work and I look forward to using his services in the future for both my rental and primary residences.

There is no story to tell except that he did an excellent, professional job!

The gentleman was a hard worker and had a great attitude. However, it wasn't what I prefer for a rental property. I would rather have with the soap and water in a rental. He did an excellent job though.

Mr Pacheco did a great job cleaning my carpet and it was dry within 1-2 hrs as he promised. My carpet looked brighter and there was a clean, light citrus scent left behind. He was professesional and courteous - he called when he was on his way and was actually available earlier than planned, which worked out great for me. I will be using his services again.

Called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in within a few days. He was very accommodating to my schedule and called to let me know he would be coming early which was wonderful. Did a upholstery cleaning on an antique couch I had purchased. Did a wonderful job, couch was dry in a few hours and was able to use the next day. Very professional . Will have him return to clean carpets soon.

It was great. They were able to fit me in at the last minute, and the gentleman who came out worked quickly and did an excellent job. Furthermore, he provided helpful advice on the best way to keep my ceramic tiles clean.

Called ART Monday he pick up on the first phone call unlike other company's. He was able to set me up for the next day. This was a great Experience Art called a hour in Advance to ask if it was OK for him to head out to my home. Told me what time he would be here and was on time. He was very professional when he arrive he did a walk -thru of the area . He did a living room ,T.V room, 2 Bedroom , Little hall-way and my very stained stair way which I have my two little boys to blame for. Carpets smell Great and look Awesome!!!!!! I will be calling him out again in the near future and will forward his name to my friends and family GREAT JOB ART

Everything went well. They came and completed the job as promised. Furthermore, they were very accomodating of some last minute scheduling changes that we made.

While reorganizing one of the bedrooms, we debated about changing the flooring out for tile or hardwood, but decided to stay with the carpet already installed. Looked through Angies list for carpet cleaners and found Heaven's Best "Big Deal" offer. My husband and I decided to move furniture around and have several other rooms cleaned as well.

It went perfectly. Art called when he was on the way so I was ready for him but he got the rugs out and then he put them back when he returned them. We'll definitely be using Art's services again.

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - ArtSanAntonio arrived in the morning and performed cleaning on carpeted bath areas and stripped and sealed ceramic kitchen floor. Large area rug was taken off-site for cleaning & drying. In the afternoon, large rug was returned and installed on pad. Last step was sealer on kitchen floor grout. This company is the best ~ I've used them for a couple of years now and they are professional and a joy to work with.

A terrific expereince start to finish! Art arrived a little early, looked around at the carpet, went over the details on what we had discussed on the phone, quoted a (very reasonable) price, and went to work. 2 hours later, my house smelled wonderful, the carpets had never looked better, and Art was on his way.

One day service, on time, price was the same as 3 years ago.

Three rugs were picked up on time, cleaned, and returned on wed. am. All three carpets swelled as if the carpets were brand new. Great job.

I needed my carpet cleaned at the last minute because I had a friend flying in that I hadn't seen in 33 years! When I called they were completely booked for the following day, but she (wish I wrote her name down) told me she would see what she could do. She called me back within 30 minutes and had me scheduled for the time I required due to my friends flight arrival! FANTASTIC customer service! Thank You!!!

Everything from start to finish was done beyond my expectations. I received a call shortly after requesting the quote online to follow up and answer any questions I had. Art quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it (unlike some people who try to come up with "additional charges" once they see your home). He arrived a few minutes early on the service day and got right to work, finishing about an hour before he estimated (although the carpet was fairly clean before he started), and removed a stain from our closet that 2 other companies were unable to fix in the months prior. I was able to pay by card using an app on his iPhone and immediately received a receipt in my e-mail, which was easily forwarded to my property management company. He was extremely professional and friendly throughout, and I absolutely will call him for anything carpet related in the future.
