Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning-Art San Antonio

The carpet and linoleum in my travel trailer had never been professionally cleaned. The living room carpet had nine years of dirt and grime along with some noticeable stains. I was worried about having the carpet steam cleaned because the carpet and linoleum were installed over a plywood sub-floor. I found Heaven's Best on Angie's List, and was impressed with their reviews. I went to their website and learned that their cleaning process was waterless. I called and explained what I needed, and they said they could do it, but they may not be able to remove the stains, but they would be lighter when done. They quoted me a price of $200, and I scheduled a time to have them do the job based on their customer reviews. The total area to be cleaned was smaller than a house's guest bedroom Art arrived on time and we did a walk through of the trailer. I mentioned that the quote for the job appeared a bit high due to the limited area to be cleaned, and Art explained the price included a trip charge of $99, but would adjust the price down to $150 including the 15% Angie's List discount. We agreed on the price and Art went right to work. Art finished in a bit over 30 minutes. The carpet was beautiful. Most of the stains were gone, and the few that remained were lighter, and hardly noticeable, and the color was fully restored. The linoleum was clean as well. Both look in almost new condition. I am very satisfied with the way it all turned out. Art was very courteous, explained the process he was going to use, and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I was concerned with the initial charge, and the surprise trip charge, and Art adjusted the price to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the work done. The carpet looks better than I had hoped. I am thinking of having Art do some rooms in my house.

they arrived on time and were verry service oriented. they treated us with courtesy and explained the whole service plan. they did the work relatively quick and with minimum mess. their results were as expected. some of the real old stains came back but i knew that would happen. * * * as stated... the provider offered to come back and work on the mentioned stains again at no cost, but we could not set a mutually convenient time. *** Thanks again.

Called on Friday and he made time to clean the carpets on Sunday. He was courteous, explained what and how he was going to do the work, and gave us an estimte of the time it would take. The carpet looks like new. There were some red stains that could not be removed and which I didn't expect them to be removable. Excellent work and work ethic. Definitely knows his work and gave good advice for future maintenance.

We have used this company before, he is a hard worker. He was able to remove pet stains at one visit and not the next. Not because he didn't try. Do not fault him. would call for his services again.

My mother-in-law recently moved from her San Antonio home of 35 years and I was getting her old house ready to put on the market. Being from out of town, I checked Angie's List for a reference on a good carpet cleaning company. Since there were 2 Heaven's Best in town and both were rated "A." I called one - the wrong one - and was given the distinct impression by the woman that answered the phone that the 2 San Antonio Heaven's Best companies handled different areas of town, but they were the right one that handled "my area" in SA. I'd seen an ad on Angie's for a discount price for 5 rooms plus hall. However, the company I called said it was not their ad and they would NOT do the work for that price. They were going to charge me well over $100 more than the ad price I'd seen for the same 5 rooms - and they were empty rooms, i.e., no furniture to move; only one little old lady had lived on it, and there had never been any pets on the realtively expensive, fairly new carpet. So I called Art at the other Heaven's Best, just to make sure that he didn't handle "my area of town" as had been suggested at the other Heaven's Best company. He was definitely the RIGHT Heaven's Best company to call! Art quoted me a very reasonable price for the service (honoring the coupon rate for 5 rooms), set an appointment time, and called back the night before to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time and was pleasant, very professional, thorough and just did a great job. He even got out an old lipstick stain and some gum. The carpeting looked brand new when he finished and it smelled great. He did everything I asked and more, and it was at a great price! I highly recommend Art and his company, Heaven's Best-Art. C. Art did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was able to remove carpet stains that had been there for a long time. He was very responsive, arriving at the scheduled time, and very courteous. He was quite knowledgeable about characteristics of the carpeting and worked very fast. We will be calling him again to have him clean our rugs.

Art arrived on time and explained exactly how he would clean the carpet. He vaccumed, treated soiled areas, cleaned the carpet and raked it for drying. I was so impressed that I sent him home with 3 additional rugs to clean. One of the rugs had a red stain and he returned all rugs clean and the stain was gone. If you want your carpets cleaned right, this is the service to use. I will definately refer others to Art and use his service again.

Art did a great job with the carpet, he was right on time and clearned the carpet very nicely. The carpet dried quickly and stayed clean. I think the way he cleaned the carpet is much better than the soaking approach other companies use. would recommend for family and friends to use. I aslo ended up buying the carpet " comb" thing from him. very nice to keep the area professional looking and get the house ready for listing.

I found Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning-Art because of another contractor's referral. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the company was also listed on Angie's list! I own a rental house in San Antonio and when my tenants moved out, they left it a mess! The carpets were so dirty I wasn't sure they could be salvaged at all. The kitchen and laundry room tile was exceptionally dirty and the grout was black and gross. I called Art and he agreed to meet me at my home for an estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. Art came in and took a look at the damage and assured me he could make a huge difference. Art provided me the estimate and we set up a time for him to complete the work. Art arrived early and began his work before I even arrived at the house! (I left a key in a lock box) I was extremely pleased with the results!! The carpets looked almost new when he was finished! Art even got on his knees and worked extra hard to get out gum and other stains in the carpets! I was amazed to see my light colored grout once more in the kitchen and laundry room areas. The carpets were barely even wet when he left. We did have one little problem, and the only reason I mention it was because of the way that Art remedied the situation. When the job was complete Art was on his way to another appointment. He had backed his van up into my garage. Unbeknownst to him or I, when he closed his back doors to the van, he inadvertently caught my rope handle to the garage door opener. This caused the door to bang into the garage door frame and it slightly bent the garage door itself and it wouldn't close properly. When Art found the rope and handle in the back of his truck he called me and told me about it. Not only that, he came back to my house and called a garage door repair man to come and fix the slight damage. He even paid for the repair out of his own pocket!! This man has incredible integrity and is very honorable. Not only did he perform the work as promised, but he provided exceptional customer service as well. I will refer Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning-Art to all my friends and I highly recommend him to you.

Today Art came and tackled our very large sectional sofa. He did a great job! He was very professional and curteous from the first call I made to him until he left my home today. I was very impressed with how nice he was. The sofa looks wonderful and I was so happy to hear that he cleans and seals tile floors as well. I will have him out in the next few months to tackle that.

Art completed the carpet cleaning work quickly and made sure there were no missed areas and that we were happy with the results.

I met with the owner/operator, Art Pacheco on the date he started and completed the job. He was highly professional and very reasonably priced. He explained his cleaning process, which in my opinion, is so much better than steam cleaning. The carpet was dry within an 1 1/2 hours. The cleaning job was excellent. We would highly recommend Heaven's Best-Art, and would definitely use his services again.

I bought a Big Deal coupon for $ 110.00 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning on July 30, 2012. I had an additional carpet to be cleaned. which Mr Pacheco, the owner, took off premise so as not to ruin my wood floors. I was not able to utilize his services right away due to illness. I called hin twice to alert him to the fact that I was not ready to have the work done. He reassured me that it was not a problem and to just call him when ready. He was prompt in returning his calls. The work was sheduled for 9 AM on 12/12/2012. Mr Pacheco called me the day before to confirm the appointment, I noticed his truck, with the company name displayed on it ,in front of my home at approximately 9 or 10 minutes before 9 the following morning. He waited in his truck until a minute to 9 AM before ringing my doorbell. I appreciated his consideration since I occasionally suffer from insomnia and my time is critical to me. Mr Pacheco presented a friendly and professional demeanor.. I showed him the room to be claimed and he quickly and efficiently set up his equipment and went to work I went to examine the finished product upon completion of the work. The only thing I could say was WOW. The rooms looked beautiful. I had the rooms cleaned before but they never looked like this. He did an outstanding job. It is obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work and reputation. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of service. I will certainly use his services if the need arises.

Art came out and looked at it before hand and warned me probably that in one area, the stain wouldn’t come out and then said some other stains might not come out. He did the work and the area he said wouldn’t come out didn’t, but the other issues were taken care of. He called before he came and was very pleasant. I would go with them again in the future.

He was prompt, courteous and professional. I purchased the Bid Deal which was 5 rooms for $150 (a discount of $100). He gave me a quote for the 2 extra rooms, but in the end, did not charge for them. I would definitely recommend him.

I called Art to schedule an appointment. He was courteous and accommodating to my schedule. Art arrived on time at 7 a.m. which impressed me immediately. His appearance was very neat. I showed him the areas in which he would be working. We discussed the various stains he would be treating and he immediately went to work. After completion, I inspected his work. He removed stains that I thought would never come out. From this day forward, Art is my only go to guy for carpet cleaning. I am pleased beyond words.

The owner was very friendly, professional and hard working. He was able to fit us in even though he was very busy with Thanksgiving week. He made a dirty (kids and pets) sectional look great for our Thanksgiving guests. We will use Heaven's Best again for our furniture and carpet needs!

Art arrived at 10:30am and started on the tile first. The system he uses is an enzyme on the tile, let's it penetrate for 15 minutes and extracts with a vacuum system. While the tile was soaking, he began moving furniture off the carpet. He then sprays the carpet and then does the buffing and drying. Art is a real professional and takes pride in his work and he uses elaborate equipment that leaves the carpet almost totally dry. He spent almost 3 hours on the tile to make it look great. The carpet and the rugs came out beautifly. I was extremely well pleased with the results and will use Art again.

I called Art at approximately 9am and left a message. He called me back within the hour and was at a point where he could come and clean our condo. I had no idea he would be able to fit us in. We did not even have the keys yet as the seller had to come in from Houston. I let him know this and he said if I could get the keys within the next 30 minutes he could come over. I was unable to obtain the key so was not able to call him back. At approximately 11am I did get the key and called him. Although he was on his way to another job he told me he would call me if he could fit me in. He called about 2 hours later and was able to fit me in. He arrived at our condo as promised. He is a very charismatic person and my great niece even enjoye his personality. He cleaned the carpet and it looked like new. I would highly recommend Art and Heavens best carpet cleaning and will use him again.

After searching Angie's list for a carpet cleaning company who had rave reviews, I decided to call Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. I called on Wednesday hoping to have my carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving next week. From the moment my call was answered, I was wowed. The lady who answered the phone told me that I was in Art's territory, she would give him the message and he would call me within the hour. She also gave me his phone number....just in case. In less than an hour, Art called me. We talked and he gave me a quote which was very reasonable. But, he did let me know that removing the pet stains would be an additional cost and based on what was needed to remove them. Art told me that he was on a job at that moment, but would call me later when he had access to his schedule. As promised, he called later to tell me that he'd had a re-schedule and could do my carpets the next day. Hooray!! He had a job before mine and said he'd let me know when the job was done and when he was on his way. Again...he kept his promise. When he arrived, he began work immediately. I had moved some furniture, but he either moved heavier objects himself or helped me do it. Art is very personable yet professional with customer satisfaction as his secondary objective. Doing a good job is his primary. Finally, because the carpet was still damp, we couldn't move the heavier furniture back. BUT, Art offered to come back later in the afternoon..after his next job...to help me move the furniture back. THAT was like the icing on the cake. I was impressed with Art and his company and with my clean carpet that is like-new again. Thank you, Art. Thank you, Angie's List.

Wow! Art was incredibly professional and the service was outstanding. Our 20+ year old carpet looks fantastic--he even got the tough stains off of the stairs!. On time, courteous and thorough--there is no doubt who we will call when it is time to clean our tiled areas!
