Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning-Art San Antonio

Art was wonderful and I would use him again and recommend him to everyone. He was professional from beginning to end, starting with his initial contact call even though he was on vacation. He fit me in within days, rescheduled when I realized I had a conflict and called me the day before to remind me. We walked through my house and he gave me an honest opinion of what needed to be cleaned and left my house smelling wonderful.

He picked up the area rugs three days before and cleaned them in the shop. On Tuesday, he brought them back and cleaned the stairs and the chairs. It was all done in a timely manner. I had asked him to clean some spots on my sofa but when he determined that the upholstery was a cotton blend, he told me that it would probably not be a good idea to try to clean it. I appreciated his honesty. The sofa was not that soiled so it did not matter. I would highly recommend this particular company and this individual. He did a great job, was honest about what he could and could not do and the implications if I insisted. I will not hesitate to call and use them in the future.

This was the second time I hired Art for carpet cleaning. Art is responsive and punctual, he called the day before toremind me of our appointment and arrived at the scheduled time.

I called Heaven's Best after reading reviews on Angie's List. Art was on time...even a little early (called me when he was on his way over to the house.) Carpets look great! He referred me to someone who stretched the carpets - and also world out well. We will definitely use him again and refer his name to friends.

Art came in, surveyed the rugs and carpets and explained what he would do and how he would do it. After making sure he had good access to all areas to be cleaned, he did a thorough vacuum and then began cleaning the carpets. Where necessary he spot treated stains and used his pleasurably quiet equipment to lift out dirt. The equipment and process he uses does not overly wet the carpet and Art told us it would be dry in an hour or so. He was right -- no wet feeling walking on the carpets in bare feet after an hour. Still, just to make sure, we kept off the carpet and kept the fans in the rooms on for several hours before putting chairs and decorative accessories back in place. Art also cleaned several area rugs and throw rugs for us-- we had the option of him taking the rugs away to do a more thorough cleaning at a higher expense but he discouraged it, saying they weren't dirty enough for that level of cleaning (even though that surely would have resulted in more profit for him). Now all stains are out and the carpets and rugs look new again. There is a light citrus scent that is quite pleasant and we are very happy with his service. Completely satisfied, we asked to be put on his reminder list for annual cleaning.

Art gives impecable customer service. He is skillful and knowledgable. The services provided were clearly explained and the results exceeded my expectations. I will be using this service again. I have three children and four indoor pets. I was amazed at how great my floors looked and smelled after the cleaning.

All went well. Art cleaned areas that I thought were beyond cleaning. He did an excellent job. I was impressed. He was here when scheduled. And with a price I considered reasonable..I will not hesitate to use his services again. Thanks Art

This is the second time using Heaven's Best for annual carpet cleaning. Excellent service, punctual, job well done, reasonably priced. Art gave me a reminder call for my annual cleaning and was out within the week to pick up my area rug then returned it the next day and cleaned all of my carpeted areas. He's rated A and has received Angies List awards for a reason.

Art was beyond great! I believe I called this past Monday or Tuesday to set up a couch cleaning. My cat had been ill and peed on a light gray chair and I had attempted to get the stain and smell out with Natures Miracle to no avail. In the process a huge water stain was created. Due to my insane work schedule as a resident I really needed to find a company that was available on Saturdays and I was willing to wait till the next available Saturday. The phone service called me back that same evening right after five to say that they had this upcoming Saturday at 1230-100. I received a confirmation call the night before and a call from Art the day of saying he could be early if I was ready. Upon arrival, he was honest that the water stain might not come out but still spent an hour making sure the chair was thoroughly disinfected. He even used a light to visualize the extent of the pet stain. He gave me tips to prevent water stains in the future and to prevent water stains on the newly cleaned pillows. He spent the time needed and got the pet stain, pet smell, and water stain out of my less than 1 year old chair. Thank you, Art! You're on my List and will be the only carpet/couch/upholstery service I'll be calling in the future! (I've attached photos of the chair- the line is just a shadow- not a stain. The chair is practically new again!)

Mr. Pacheco arrived right on time, went to work and did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly service. I appreciate his skill and attention to problem areas. I am completely satisfied with his service.

Art was able to schedule an appointment at short notice. He did a great job explaining the process and what to expect from the results. Carpets ended up looking and smelling great. I will use Heavens Best again and recommend them. I prefer their cleaning method, as it does not soak the carpet padding and does not take as long to dry.

I salute Mr. Art Pacheco for his diligence & upmost professionalism. He exceeded all my expectations with his supreme quality work. The stains that I had on the carpet were not fresh (been there for years)--& I was amazed by Mr. Pacheco's workmanship--the stains virtually disappeared; Art is meticulous in his work and will try his best to leave you very satisfied. I will definitely use his services again when needed.

Art was on time, actually a little early for the schedule 7:00 am appointment time. He worked quickly, was informative and did an excellent job. The carpet actually cleaned better than expected. There was only one stain that was not removed (no additional stain removal procedures were done) and that was there at the time of original move in. The house had a fresh smell when he completed the job which took about an hour and a half. I would use Heaven's Best again and would recommend to others.

Excellent communications was maintained throughout the process. Arrived on time, provided the service and cleaned up ... a super job! Will use them again and would recommend them to my neighbors.

He really did a great job. I have used him a few times. He does not scrape the edges of the wall like other people with the carpet cleaning machine. He really worked hard to get the pet stains out. He did a great job on the upholstery in the car as well as the carpeting in the car. His prices are very reasonable and I did not have any problems paying what he was charging, definitely fair price. The guy is very personable and I have a couple of carpet cleaners who have nicked the corners of the wall while they are going around the corner but he is very careful and spent quite a bit of time working on the pet stains and does a couple of applications. He is very realistic about what would work and I was very pleased with the work he did. I liked that he did a thorough job cleaning the carpet. He is a really nice guy too.

Art responded to my call almost immediately and informed me that he had a cancellation and could perform the work in two days time which was great. He followed up the day before to confirm and also let me know he was on his way the day of service. He was very professional and personable and did a great job on furniture I thought might be beyond help! He did a great job and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone. I was very pleased.

Art is one of the few Angie's List vendors I have contacted while online via email that called me back promptly. He is smart having the notifications go direct to his cell phone, other vendors take note! His promptness is how he got our business. Telephone estimate was close to the final cost, very professional, prompt, thorough and provided a receipt.

Provider was on time and early which I really had appreciated. He said 3 hrs for our 4bdr and kitchen, and it took 3 hrs for cleaning tile, and carpet throughout house. Very polite and patient with spots that were difficult to come up?in the end most if not all the stains, from kids spilling juice and dogs pee, came out. Day 2 and it still looks more than I ever dreamt of. Thank you so much

I live in the Alamo Ranch area and contacted ART from Heaven's best and within minutes my call was returned. I wanted to have some work done the same day if he had time and he happened to be in the neighborhood so he came over to take a look at the work I wanted done. He provided quote and I agreed and he started immediately. Art was great, very straight forward and did not give a sales speech like other places. He did an outstanding job and our carpets look very very good. If you need any type of carpet cleaning, give ART a call, he will do an excellent job!!!

Art does everything himself. He is courteous, hardworking and wants you to be satisfied. His price is reasonable. The best we have had and we used a previous Heavens Best franchisee and Stanley Steamer for many years.

Art provided fantastic service. He was very responsive in returning phone calls, arrived promptly, and seemed quite knowledgeable about the science of stains. He's also efficient and really hustles to get the job done. The carpets looked amazing by the time he was finished with them, and I would definitely call him again. I wouldn't have believed the extent of the transformation if I hadn't seen it. I also thought the pricing was quite fair for 8 rooms plus a long carpeted staircase. He's The Man if you've got distressed carpeting!

After reading all the glowing reviews for Art Pacheco here on Angie's List, I thought I would give him a try to clean the carpets at a rental home before we moved out. When he was done, that carpet looked better than when we had moved into that rental! Mr. Pacheco gave me a quick appointment, called me beforehand to let me know he was on the way, showed up on time and did a stellar job. And if that wasn't enough, I made some inquiries about cleaning the tile and counter tops at my new home, and he gladly took the time to give me some tips on keeping my tile in good condition. I was so impressed with his service that I invited Mr. Pacheco to come and clean the carpets in our new home. And, his service was just as great as it was before. Actually, it was better! As before, he called before showing up, arrived on time, did another stellar job and gave tips on keeping my carpet clean longer. It's rare that you get more than you pay for nowadays, but with Art Pacheco, you get just that. I will continue to use him every year!
