Called Emerald to replace another (incompetent) sprinkler repair company. I had a leak somewhere in what I thought was my sprinkler system. Emerald had a crew of 3 guys come out the day after I called them. In under 10 minutes, they determined the leak was in my plumbing system (main water line to my house). Within 2 hours they dug, found the leak, replaced, and cleaned up. They even rinsed off my gutter's splash guard to tidy up. Very friendly and professional crew. I found my new go-to sprinkler repair system. Technically they can touch the plumbing lines if it is outside the home. I can't thank them enough. The other company was going to charge me 1000 dollars more and (in retrospect) not even fix the problem. So glad I found emerald.

They were very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about 3 hours. It was a big job where they had to add 2 stations to existing system, had to do some digging and replace the controller. Very professional and did a great job.

Was scheduled 9am-12noon window, never called or communicated. Showed up about 430pm with calling ahead time. I showed them 2 issues that need repair, sprinkler head, and sprinkler line leak, which they repaired. I asked Isidore to replace another sprinkler head, he said he would, but he told me he did it, lied to me and said it was done. After checking this I found he left the original head and not the new one!

Too expensive! I will never use them again.

They are a bit pricey but they get the job done. I was the first customer of the day so they were right on time. In the past the jobs ahead of me took longer than expected and they were late. I've used this company for awhile and as I said they get the job done and I trust them.

Responded quickly and set up an appointment. Thre technicians came and evaluated the controller. They also checked all sprinklers making sure of proper coverage and replaced 5 sprinkler heads .Replaced controller since all parts were on the truck, they completed the the job in a friendly professional maner.

Excellent. Response time was fast. They were on time and professional and provided suggestions as I explained my problem. They took time to explore other concerns for future work that inquired about.

The crew worked well together and replaced four broken sprinkler heads within 30 min. They took extra time to explain to me how to use my system and gave me watering tips for my lawn.
