They fixed the broken head and found another one that was not working properly. He told me that leg number 5 was working, but the next day when I tried it, it was not working. I had another company coming so I did not have them come back. They did contact me promptly and were very courteous.

It was a breeze! According to the website, I could not schedule service until Monday. I had a leak in my backyard that had nearly flooded the area so I needed service immediately. I discovered the leak on a Friday afternoon. The technician called me Saturday morning to let me know a crew would be at my house within 2 hours. He was kind enough to call me back and let me know they were en route. They were prompt, pinpointed the problem, gave me an estimate, and went to work. Within an hour they had repaired the leak. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The crew came bright and early, identified the problem (a broken valve) made the repairs and was finished in less than an hour. I was worried that nobody would be able to come out during the weekend but these guys really rose to the occasion and delivered.

When I bought my house, it had a sprinkler system that had been poorly installed & maintained. Had a very bad experience w/ a so called sprinkler company last year. I reached out to Emerald Sprinklers & am so happy I did. They fixed several problems quickly, efficiently & effectively at a very reasonable cost. Adrian and his crew arrived early, checked the system and offered to supply a new controller to bring the system to working order for 375.00. I was disappointed that they could not locate the zone valves and did not mark where all the sprinklers were. They recommended that I replace the sprinklers as cheaper than them doing it. I would still recommend them if you don?t mind a little DIY in the bargain.

On time, quick service, and overpriced for such a simple fix! 1 zone of 6 not working equals a simple solution. I didn't need 3 guys to show up for this but apparently that is what I paid for. 25 minutes and $260 later my sprinkler zone is working again.
